Dees have Premiership List according to King

Featured Replies

Richmond and the Dogs have a premiership list

The Dees have a list that has never played finals

Didnt really think he was that much of a drinker to be honest.....

We haven’t played a game yet. Make no mistake the media are building us up to fail and Goody needs to have some form of insulation from this hype for the playing group.

Don't worry, if we lose some early games, the media will turn on us very quickly. From media darlings to media kicking bags.

He's a bit slow with this news isn't he?

Michael Voss anointed us the next AFL Superpower 8 years ago!

Having a premiership quality list doesn't mean you're ready to win the premiership.

With experience and maturation we do have a premiership quality list, imo.

And King says he has us finishing in the bottom half of the top 8, so I think he's in agreement with you, PD.

Verdict: Doesn't Trust Us.

It’s actually Slobbo’s verdict that he doesn’t fully trust us. Why they’d bother to put his opinion below some decent research and analysis from King is beyond me.

King is very confident we’ll play September footy.

i only visit King for charismatic nuance with women.

Apparently he charmed Kelly Stevens.

It's probably been covered before but Slobbo's "analysis" is totally lacking in any football knowledge whatsoever.

If we held teams to account for what they did the previous year, Richmond wouldn't have made the finals, let alone won the flag. He allows no natural development, despite the MFC improving every year for the last 4.

Well done, Slobbo, you've regained your status as King of the Muppets in the eyes of A F. You dill.

We’re back! That was fun. The Mighty Dees’ Season 10 campaign is off toa flying start with a commanding 48-point winover the Western Bulldogs, retaining the Hampson-Hardeman Cup in style. After a hard-fought first half in slippery conditions, the Dees came out in the second half and showcased their trademark superior class, piling on four goals in the third termand never looked back.

  • REPORT: Hawthorn

The final score in Saturday's game against Hawthorn was almost identical to that from their last contest three months ago. Melbourne suffered comprehensive defeats in both games, but the similarities ended there. When they met in Round 9, the Demons were resurgent, seeking to redeem themselves after a lacklustre start to the season. They approached the game with vigour and dynamism, and were highly competitive for the first three quarters, during which they were at least on par with the Hawks. In the final term, they lapsed into error and were ultimately overrun, but the final result did not accurately reflect their effort and commitment throughout the match.

  • CASEY: Box Hill

The Casey Demons ended the regular season on a positive note and gained substantial momentum leading into the finals when they knocked the Box Hill Hawks off the top of the VFL ladder in their final round clash at Casey Fields. More importantly, they moved out of a wild card position in the finals race and secured a week's rest as they leapfrogged up the ladder into fifth place with their decisive 23-point victory over the team that had been the dominant force in the competition for most of the season.
