Feel free to plug anytime you want. In fact we'd love to have you on the Podcast in the new year to discuss the book and other depressing Dees related stuff.

Thank you, and it would be an honour to tread the same stage as Jako.

Oh we won't be talking to you on the same phone as Jako. That phone has been retired and is in a hermetically sealed case.

wow what's the point too much negative stuff in the world to depress ones self, why not wait until we make finals so there is a happy ending. Richmond got a writer to write about the 2016 season, but once it looked like a bad year the scraped it, is the book a blame game?

Has the final chapter been written yet?

seem a little premature...

Covers the 2007 - 2016 decade, so either the final chapter is in the sequel or it will be like Star Wars and just keep plodding along forever with no end in sight.

As for concerns that it will be too negative and you may end up your head in the oven, I can assure you it's all done in the best possible taste.

Final chapters can be hard to write. I say that in all seriousness. It would have been nice to write about an Elimination Final during 2016. But the story aint over yet...

i admire you writing about such a dark and chaotic decade

Indeed it would have, just because it would mean we made one.

But at the same time I think losing by 20 goals was a fitting farewell to the #fistedforever decade.

I think the final round of 2017 fitted in brilliantly with the era of #fistedforever.

Considering $cully will probably tip us out in R23 next year brace yourself for a hat trick.

A Phantom Menace style entry could be in order.

Demonland Trackwatcher Gator attended training out at Casey Fields to bring you the following observations from Preseason Training. GATOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS There were 5 in the main rehab group, namely Gawn, Petracca, Fullarton, Woewodin and Lever.  Laurie was running laps by himself, as was Jefferson.  Chandler, as has been reported, had his arm in a sling.  Lindsay did a bit of lap running later on. There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. TRAINING: Monday 16th December 2024

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session.
