My prediction was pretty much always 10 wins, that also being my pass grade for wins, with the blues coming next week we should get at least 11 (though nothing is certain with Melbourne!).

What's great for the group is every week is a new challenge now, Jonesy is the only player in the team to have played in a positive winning Melbourne team (so long ago). This group is breaking new ground so the sky's the limit for them.

Would be just brilliant, not just for us but the competition, if it did come down us winning in round 22. Shame our game and the north game aren't being played at the same time.

I think I was predicting/hoping for 10/12.

Will be interesting to see if they put up the white flag or fight out the year with pride.

At the start of the year I conservately predicted 10-12 wins, although I did not expect it to pan out exactly like it has. I'm now feeling slightly bullish and predicting 16 Wins!

That's how the EPL schedules it. Makes for incredible entertainment. Unfortunately, the fixturing has a rigidity about it with ticketing, even though it is a floating Round.

Yeah they have the grounds available in England as well, but it does make it a big day of having as many games on TVs as possible and keeping one eye on results of other games.

8 wins, thats 1 more and it will be an upset, it will NOT be against Carlton, or Gold Coast, but i hope it is Geelong.

This is the sort of time I love being wrong!

(Don't tell my wife I admitted I was wrong!)

Absolutely stoked with 10 wins considering even 8 or 9 looked like a stretch about 3-4 weeks ago.

2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. He showed great resilience in coming back from a nasty rib injury and is expected to continue in that role for another couple of seasons. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025. 2024 Player Reviews: #3 Christian Salem

The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best. He was also inconvenienced by minor niggles later in the season. This was a blow for the club that sorely needed him to fill gaps in the midfield at times as well as to do his best work in defence.
