Not if there is 10 judges as posted already.

I posted there were 9 judges even when I listed all10 names.

Miscounted! Sorry.

My bad.

How exactly do they reveal the votes? By one player at a time (from the least voted for to the most) or by revealing each judge's ballot until all 10 ballots are revealed?

The latter makes it impossible for any judge to get away with giving Cripps or Hogan a vote other than 4 or 5. They'd be showing their hand then.

It pretty much can't be a tie when you think about it, because if every voter gives them the top 2 it will be player A (5x5+4x4) = 41 and player B (4x5+5x4) =40

The only way a tie could happen is if someone gives hogan or cripps a 3

10 judges according to hun

Haha, you could've shaved Jesse. ^_^

Looking smart though. Do their families get to attend the ceremony as well? Hopefully they all flew over from Perth.

I'm just looking forward to the salty, delicious tears of Carlton supporters when Hogan wins.

I haven't given a stuff about this all year but all of a sudden I am keen as mustard for Hogan to get this

I just feel it is another backhand to our club if he doesn't

If there are 10 judges I reckon it will be a draw.

I hope not. It will half my payout

He did shave this morning. It just grew since then. He's a machine

Gil sounds as though he's knocked back a couple of reds already.

it's a hard life eating all day with sponsors...

Finally going through the nominations now after some lengthy waffle

If they have a 10 minute interview/story with each nominee it will probably be midnight before we get a result!!

Forget the haunting of Round 11 — we’ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10–2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbane’s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.

It’s been a season of grit, growth, and glimpses of brilliance—mixed with a few tough interstate lessons. Now, with finals looming, the Dees head to Kardinia Park for one last tune-up before the real stuff begins.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
