Footballers could be secretly serving suspensions says anti doping official

Featured Replies

I heard in the radio tonight that cause notices may have been issued to players at other clubs apart from Essendon. Does anyone know whether Trengove has been given the all clear? If not, this may be a viable option for him.

I think Trengove will be fine but it's a good point. He could backdate any trouble to before this season and therefore if he was guilty he'd be back much faster.

Reports say that ASADA hasn't pursued the Bombers on AOD

So I dont see how Trenners is in any danger

There were rumours of a certain collingwood player serving a ban under the guise of a, somewhat suspiciously long, soft tissue injury last year... although it didn't involve performance enhancing drugs

There was a former hawk with a suspiciously long hammy injury two years back as well.

Crameri & Monfries maybe..

What a shite rule. That is not a deterent for taking banned drugs at all.

Merely camoflauge....
