It just seems convenient that sleeping pills have been in the news lately.

My line of thinking CB.

I wonder if these two had anything to do with a Grand Piano ?

... and have done the trick for turning tabloid disgust into tabloid sympathy (and into tabloid anger at those nasty doctors who prescribe them!).

nah, that was Jack Watts

I've no doubt the draw was one of the first things they looked at before handing out the suspension.

No 45HG16

I am sure it is just coincidence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whats the bet that Vlad inc will accept the Toiges official version?

And with Vlad on hols too lol.

Oh yes...everything is above board and transparent . Yep

They've clearly used sleeping pills as an excuse to focus the discussion on something that was just starting to sprout its head in the media.

As I keep saying bb we all know what is the second language of the AFL.

Yes above board and Transparent

Carlton must be thanking Richmond right now.

But it will be all back on late Friday night when the pies fix them up to the tune of 10 goals

Good lord RR I was just thinking how ironic the guy who was leading the Players Association for players rights no less!!! He now has this "mutual consent" scenario on his hands... funny how the world works isn't it!!!

I thought it was normal for big cats to sleep during the day ! :)

God its fun when its not us for a change lol :)

Yep, the best since Ben Cousins.

Best since Cotchin I'd say.

Didn't they just admit it it......

I meant prescribed too :)

who really knows what they admitted

using prescribed drugs without a prescription can be an offence depending on what the drugs are

(some prescription drugs can be bought over the counter without a scrip)

depending on the circumstances could be an offense for both the taker and the giver

it would probably be a minor offence though

p.s. i'm not a lawyer so caveat emptor

You do need a perscription to get Stilnox DC.

The question in my mind is how many would they have taken to sleep in that long and when did they take them

3.00 AM?

Me thinks there is more to this and it seems a harsh penality for Martin if he over slept one training session.

There is more to Martins behaviour then we know.

However he can come and play for the Dees anyday for mine.

Hell I will pay for his Stilnox

There is no way richmond can think the media will buy this crap

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.
