Usually when i've pre-booked tickets at ES it comes as a PDF attachment in the email. Not sure what's going on with yours.

This is the email I got

Thank you for your reserved seat order for Sunday's game at Etihad Stadium against West Coast. You can now print your ticket for Sunday's game online.

To access this ticket, you need to be able to open PDF files, and have access to a printer.

This ticket will replace your membership card for the day. You will scan your ticket to enter the ground instead of your membership card.

To download your ticket:

1. Click here to print your ticket

2. Log into MyClub Account using your Account ID *******+ and password ******

3. Under the header 'Manage My Memberships' select Print

4. Select the single match to be printed by ticking the box and select print

5. Select OK on the pop up box that appears

6. At Product Options/STEP 1 select the radio button to 'Print Your Products'. You will automatically be taken to the next screen

7. Select 'Download Now'

8. A PDF file of the ticket should download and open on the screen automatically. A barcode has been generated and the ticket is now active. If it does not appear, select the click here link on the next page

9. Once the ticket downloads, you need to print it (or save the file to local network to email to another PC with a printer). The barcode allows one entry only. If the PDF is printed more than once, only the first scan will allow entry.

10. If there is an issue with the first print attempt, you can go through the process from start to finish to reprint the ticket. The only difference in the process is that you will be asked for a reprint reason. If the ticket is reprinted, the original barcode issued will be made inactive and will not allow entry to the match. Only the new barcode will now allow a single entry.

The only suggestion I can make, without being able to look at the screen, is to try it in a different browser/computer. Sometimes certain coding stuffs up with various browsers of types of computer (I have a mac and it's happened a few times).

Sorry mate.

I have however contacted Ticketmaster . They said there is nothing they can do now , but they have been having problems with email tickets. Their advice was to check tomorrow morning to see if the problem has been fixed over night. If not , they said to go to the ticket box tomorrow with ID etc , and your tickets will be available to you there.

Hope that helps.

    FROZEN by Whispering Jack

Who would have thought?    Collingwood had a depleted side with several star players out injured, Max Gawn was in stellar form, Christian Petracca at the top of his game and Simon Goodwin was about to pull off a masterstroke in setting Alex Neal-Bullen onto him to do a fantastic job in subduing the Magpies' best player. Goody had his charges primed to respond robustly to the challenge of turning around their disappointing performance against Fremantle in Alice Springs. And if not that, t

    TURNAROUND by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons won their first game at home this year in the traditional King’s Birthday Weekend clash with Collingwood VFL on Sunday in a dramatic turnaround on recent form that breathed new life into the beleaguered club’s season. The Demons led from the start to record a 52-point victory. It was their highest score and biggest winning margin by far for the 2024 season. Under cloudy but calm conditions for Casey Fields, the home side, wearing the old Springvale guernsey as a mark of res

It's Game Day and the Demons are once again faced with a classic 8 point game against a traditional rival on King's Birthday at the MCG. A famous victory will see them reclaim a place in the Top 8 whereas a loss will be another blow for their finals credentials.

    BOILED LOLLIES by The Oracle

In the space of a month Melbourne has gone from chocolates to boiled lollies in terms of its standing as a candidate for the AFL premiership.  The club faces its moment of truth against a badly bruised up Collingwood at the MCG. A win will give it some respite but even then, it won’t be regarded particularly well being against an opponent carrying the burden of an injured playing list. A loss would be a disaster. The Demons have gone from a six/two win/loss ratio and a strong percentag

CLEAN HANDS by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons headed into town and up Sydney Road to take on the lowly Coburg Lions who have been perennial VFL easy beats and sitting on one win for the season. Last year, Casey beat them in a practice match when resting their AFL listed players. That’s how bad they were. Nobody respected them on Saturday and clearly not the Demons who came to the game with 22 players (ten MFC), but whether they came out to play is another matter because for the most part, their intensity was lacking an
