You should do recovery sessions with the players dc. That'd help you recharge. Get into the chilly waters of the bay at 5.30am, ice baths, vigorous rub downs by skilled blokes, peptides......

"Apps" are no doubt your literature of choice Fl og because they try to water down complex issues so that the chattering classes can feel involved.
