I prefer Ninthmond. Just for kicks.

Actually now i hope the blues finish 10th, as i am scared the Bombers could lose points and 9th goes into the eight.

Having looked at both side in Carlton and Collingwood I find it hard to see the Pies winning tonight.

The pies have been hit big time with injuries.

I feel a very small pang for them.

Blues tonight for me.

Sad to say it Redleg but they are eight bound.

Pies to miss.

I think I'd celebrate with a Banana Daiquiri:

40g light rum, 1 tbsp triple sec, 1 banana, 40g lime juice, 1 tsp sugar, 1 cherry

Combine all ingredients (except for the cherry) with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend at a low speed for five seconds, then blend at a high speed until firm. Pour contents into a champagne flute, top with the cherry, and serve.

I always think that about collingwood old dee! Just when you think they are stuffed, Dwyer or Elliot or josh Thomas play out of their skin, and Dane Swan has 67 disposals and Heath shaw blocks everything! Hate them but geez they run deep! Hopefully it's a draw and 85,000 go home frustrated!

Surprised Redleg hasn't raised this here but on another thread he described former test fast bowler Rodney Hogg as follows:-

Blond, blue-eyed, aggressive and menacingly fast, Rodney Hogg announced himself with 41 wickets for World Series-depleted Australia against England in 1978-79. The way he regularly beat Geoff Boycott for pace thrilled Australia at a lean time. Injury and a rebel tour to South Africa interrupted, and cricket life was never quite so bounteous again. Nevertheless, Hogg was generally in Australia's first rank. A quirky character, he once had his wife erase the videotape of a soft dismissal while batting in a Test, saying he did not want his son to see him as a coward. Later, he fulfilled a long-held ambition to open a greengrocery.

Of course, I immediately made the connection between Hogg's line of work and the food of choice of the posters around here. Hoggie was also recently the guest speaker at the Casey Scorpions debt demolition luncheon and, since then, Jesse Hogan has been getting bags of goals for the Scorps. I think the man should be patron saint of the no T$ no BS society.

Going to plan at the moment.

I don't want them any lower as their draft picks would improve.

BANANABARGANZA - A special treat for all banana lovers

My wife just got back from Africa with a special treat for all (discerning) demonlanders
How's this! Yellow, green, brown, black and red bananas. We are robbed for choice here.
The green ones are cooking bananas and (i'm told) they taste just like potatoes

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round.
