Bloody glad I am not part of your lot Biffen.

Biffen is particularly [censored] at the moment OD because some of his financial interests have been jeopardized by .... er ... good policing. ( see today's Hun)

The damage will be felt in the local community- mostly by people who own things.

The rest of Fitzroy st will always find a way to get mental.they might resort to licking frogs.

Hope floggo doesn't get any fruity ideas.

Did someone say fruity ideas? Try this ...

Beautiful.

Someone has to pick up the slack while DF is away (or wherever he is)

Don't want to rain on your parade Jazza but in our family there is old saying.

"Behind every cloud there is more darkness and gloom, ended only by the inevitability of decay and death".

youve just made me feel like a bundle of orgasms ready to explode.

thanks for giving me that warm fuzzy feeling.

Not sure I am much use to you there, jazza -- used to help out on my uncle and aunt's farm many years ago, but calving was not one of my experiences (and I very much doubt one of Biffen's). I think you should also stay right away from any ideas BBO might have ...

Fits in well on here.

I sometimes think this thread couldn't possibly go off in another direction and then it does.

Never disappoints :)

If only our club could emulate. ( though not necessarily by such tangential imitation)

thats the problem with our club.

to many school ties ran it for years and they forgot about the farmers.

we would bring a no BS policy to the club and actually work as committee members instead of brown nosing during the day.

our attitude would sort out the weak gutless grease in the hair pillow biters and get on with the business of winning games.

ive always said if some fool buys my farm i will join the committee{voted on of course}and bring some straight talking to player retention and aims for the coming season rather than soft kock JW benefit pieces in the paper

maybe working with a 4 wheeler all night calving might sort some of our players out..

No probs Jazza.

I am free during the day.

Most of my city job are at night.

Happy to work without gloves just to get a feel for it.

Can't be any worse than my ex girlfriend .

That was a chore at best.

Cost me 80 per cent of a house in the cbd to get out of that one but was worth every cent.

Hope your cows are friendlier than that one.

Post 10318 above. One of Biffen's more subtle and esoteric efforts.

far far too verbose for my failing brain synapses bbo

often the things left unsaid speak with the greatest volume

  • REPORT: North Melbourne

I suppose that I should apologise for the title of this piece, but the temptation to go with it was far too great. The memory of how North Melbourne tore Melbourne apart at the seams earlier in the season and the way in which it set the scene for the club’s demise so early in the piece has been weighing heavily upon all of us. This game was a must-win from the club’s perspective, and the team’s response was overwhelming. The 36 point win over Alastair Clarkson’s Kangaroos at the MCG on Sunday was indeed — roovenge of the highest order!

  • CASEY: Werribee

The Casey Demons remain in contention for a VFL finals berth following a comprehensive 76-point victory over the Werribee Tigers at Whitten Oval last night. The caveat to the performance is that the once mighty Tigers have been raided of many key players and are now a shadow of the premiership-winning team from last season. The team suffered a blow before the game when veteran Tom McDonald was withdrawn for senior duty to cover for Steven May who is ill.  However, after conceding the first goal of the game, Casey was dominant from ten minutes in until the very end and despite some early errors and inaccuracy, they managed to warm to the task of dismantling the Tigers with precision, particularly after half time when the nominally home side provided them with minimal resistance.
