    Correct me if i'm wrong, Its only 4 weeks til the start of the footy season. Trade, Free Agency and the draft. Exciting times ahead. I particulary looking forward to the training reports too.

    Home today. I started my fitness/diet today and I am going to strip fitter next season, just like I hope our boys do. Just went for a long walk and now for a healthy lunch.

    Bought a packet of Blackmores Chocolate/Blackcurrent diet shakes and tried one this morning. Nearly spat it out, possibly the worst drink I have ever had. Don't buy it if you are thinking of it, or see it in the chemists.

    Should have stuck to banana flavour.

    I think we all need a good news story for the club as soon as possible. Even the rumour of a good player wanting to come to us would help the mood.

    I'm really impatient to find out where we will be in 5 years time

    Unfortunately on my current progress it looks like it will take me more than 5 years to get it working

    Natures Way, good flavoured protein shake and fills you up... should help with dieting.

After two opening rounds played in uncharacteristically fine conditions, the Anzac Day clash brought back the familiar gusty conditions that have been a feature of the region at this time of the year.
      Forced to kick into the breeze first, the slow-starting Demons faced a tricky opening against an enthusiastic young Tigers outfit.
