Victoria police say a fire at a tobacco shop is possibly linked to other recent arson attacks, as the government announces a crackdown on illegal tobacco imports.

Apparently in other recent crime news the police received a complaint from a Braynard Maynard of the CFC that someone had been tampering with his mailbox.

The claimant told Victoria Police "he had not received a single Christmas card from any of his friends."

Amazing how Maynard incident is now illegal after he was allowed to play in a GF, same as the ridiculous Barry Hall punch 100 metres off the ball allowed him to play in a GF. Both important players in their club premierships.

It's true.

But we all knew it was going to happen after the Gf.

I also wondered how the Bont wasnt cited for his hit on Oliver in the 21 Gf.

Herald Sun today has an article on bananas, calling them a superfood.

Just proves this thread is also a leader in foods and nutrition.

We have known how good bananas are for years.

its a wonder they didn't speculate that Oliver and Smith were hiding drugs in banana coverages which are a common subterfuge as everyone (who reads their rubbish)will instantly believe and call for the delisting of the Melbourne Football club who allow this practice to flourish. They will quote the Dland promotion of bananas over many years as an indication of the supporters role and indicating they should be banned from football for life.

I am just waiting for the next Michael Warner smashing of the MFC. Probably due the night before our first game.

Once saw on the news the story of the discovery of a dismembered body dumped in a wheelie bin on the nature strip in front of someoneโ€™s house. The story ended with the reporter saying, โ€œPolice are treating the death as suspicious.โ€

It seems that, once again, truth wins the day. There actually is a UBO dc.

UNIVERSITร‰ DE BRETAGNE OCCIDENTALEย

Based in the Breton port city of Brest, UBO in June 2023 declared an ambition to be known as the "Oceanic university of France". While this aspiration led to some concern that other disciplines might be downgraded, it suits the universityโ€™s location and existing profile.ย

Founded in 1971, UBO has a roll of around 22,000 students, about two-thirds of them undergraduates, both in Brest and at its base in Quimper.ย

The 14,500 undergraduates divide between the faculties of letters and human science, sports and exercise science, science and technology, medicine and health, dentistry and law, economics and management.

Back when I was a detective in the police, I was the only cop that actually wanted to do press conferences, but I was never allowed. To this day, still no idea why.ย

"Optimism" faded from the letterheads some years ago dc.

Perhaps your scatalogical references and history was a factor Ethan?

Perhaps bitters, perhaps. I went to this job once where the bloke had been dead in a spa-bath for three weeks. The jets in the bath were still going when we walked in. The boss wasnโ€™t too happy when I titled the job โ€œhuman soupโ€ within the report. I havenโ€™t been able to eat a lamb shank since.ย

Did you remove the bouquet garni and add a good pinch of salt?

Probably worst ways to go than in a spa bath I suppose.
