I think it may be a fait accompli Bbo.

Speaking of cricket..

What are the best rock songs with some Saxophone in them?

I've got dibs on Baker Street.

Probably the kids don't even know this beautiful classic.

I'm sure I'm not the only one to enjoy the Lyrics ..."Gunna give up the booze and the one night stands"....after a few drinks.

I must say this thread can be quite therapeutic.

I suspect many googled it after it was used in Rick & Morty.

Like how suddenly everyone had a deep appreciation of Mazzy Star.

I’d rather go home-grown Deevs. “Turn up your radio” the Masters Apprentices.

Hey Deeves, did you hear/see Sir Viv in the commentary box last night? He couldn’t possibly be any cooler.

The solo in ,"Never tear us apart" is haunting.

Port have tainted that song for me though.

They didn’t qualify. 😢

Used to love watching that powerhouse in the late 70s-early 80s. Big Bird was my fave.

  • REPORT: St. Kilda

One of the big stories of the AFL off-season was the spending spree of Melbourne’s Round 1 opponent, St Kilda. They splashed out heavily, first to retain Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera - the hero of last year’s epic come-from-behind miracle victory -turning him into a $2 million man. They then effectively took out an expensive overdraft to recruit a string of expensive players from other clubs. It was a risky investment strategy and, although it’s still early days, it certainly failed to pay off in Sunday’s season opener, with much of the glitter turning to fool’s gold.
