They never call holds on AD99, just gave up a massive play down field (45) but AD was held up the middle but never ever gets the calls.

Goff fumbles 1yrd out... is there anything he can’t stuff up.
Seriously this guy is a polished turdd, if he ain’t skiiing downhill we are up shiite creek.

And then we try and run it.

JUST JUMP UP AND PUT THE BALL OVER THE LINE!!!!

Horrible call only made due to Goff isn’t trusted.

Webster fumbles again on a return.
once again seriously why the hell we persist with this muppet is beyond me.

Don’t back the Rams next week.
Goff has lost it. We might win but it will be on the back of our D.
Goff won’t be QB at Rams in 2 years time and will only be so next year due to the horrible contract we gave him.

I have a small multi on the GB game and the game just went live and I saw it is snowing and all my parts of the multi are receiving and throwing yards... uuugggghhhhj

Sucks for the Browns to have lost their WRs to COVID, but still, losing to the Jets with playoffs (and the division) on the line is classic Browns.

They can still make it even if they lose to the Steelers next week but that requires the Colts to lose to Jacksonville, which surely won't happen, or a whack combination of the Titans losing to the Texans and then each of the Ravens, Colts and Dolphins winning.

Goff broke his thumb, still threw after it and wasn’t any worse but I dare say we are going with our back up.

Jets beat Browns!

Death, Taxes and the Browns failing to get the job done.

So Goff is out, Henderson is out, Akers is a slight possibility but prob not or if he does he won’t be near 100%, now Kupp is on COVID list...

GO PACK GO! is the new Ram fan catch cry. If the pack beat the bears for us, we are in without having to win ourselves.

In the tipping comp Gorgoroth has entered the fray being the only one to pick up points last week (how 'bout those Browns!)

So that means that only 4 can win the comp (either outright or a shared victory) whilst the rest of us are playing for pride (and a possible podium finish)

Good luck to all remembering that we play for 3 points this week

We've had a trap game in the last 2 weeks and will there be another this week?  Or 2 trap games? haha

If the Giants beat Dallas & the Eagles defeat Washington,  the Giants will win the NFC East with a 6 & 10 record!

Crazy. They should have the best teams in, not best from the division.

I like the divisional set up ... means a team can get lucky every now and again

And with 7 teams in the playoffs now the winner of the NFC East is in in front of the 4th best wild-card team.  They are not keeping a top team out

It's not exactly fair but the AFL has way more anomolies with regards to parity.  As do many other sports (especially soccer which has no salary cap)

A bit of quirkiness in sport without everything needing to be seeded all the time aids the underdog element

Just an opinion though Gorg ... doesn't mean I'm right

But if the Giants get in and end up beating the Packers in week 2 (as they did in 2011/12) all bets are off!

I don't mind the winner from each division getting in but what I do find odd is how they automatically get a home game. Surely if the wildcard team they play has a better record then they should get it.

And as I'm writing this I've got this feeling someone's gonna tell me they changed it recently.

Like the first game of the last round in the Brownlow count, irrelevant and no shot of winning or even making top 3.. I'll get the ball rolling.

Ravens, Titans, Seahawks

As far as I know the division winners remain as the 1-4 seeds, which means the first match-ups are now 2v7, 3v6 and 4v5.

In the NFC, that means the winner of the NFC East (either the 7-9 Football Team or Cowboys, or the 6-10 Giants) will get a home playoff game against, likely, the 11-5 Bucs.

I'm not against division winners making the playoffs but I think it would be fairer for the seeding to occur based on all 7 playoff teams' records, not guaranteeing division winners get the 1-4 seeds no matter what.

Yeah thought that might still be the case, just seems odd that a 6-10 team can get a home playoff game while a 12-4 team can not only miss out on their division but also have to travel. But it's the weird and wonderful things that make this game.

Sorry, should have said I don’t mind the divisional set up but the seeding should be by wins.

EarlY tip.
bills vs packers SB

Fairly sure the Pats missed out on the playoffs in 2008 despite having an 11 & 5 record

And Miami won that division in 2008 with an 11 & 5 record

So it doesn't always go the Pats way!!

Things are getting worse for the Rams, Brockers has also been added to the covid list.
Wow this is getting bad.

Packers star LT David Bakhtiari does his ACL in training. Massive blow for the back. Especially a week out from play offs.

No-one keen to show their cards ?

So - Baltimore, Seattle and the Miracle Man Alex Smith to return to lead Washington to victory

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
