I think it's a good marketing tool. It has people talking about the club and that's the aim of the campaign.

I think we should aim to produce a similarly tacky slogan to attract attention and boost membership. Something like for example, "Demons rise again in O Ten". There should be a few smutty, schoolboy jokes in that one and Sammy can come up with a few snide remarks in TFS that will have the boguns in the audience rolling in the aisles.

I think we should too. As long as it achieves it's aim. That is, getting the footy industry and media talking about us.

yeah...but you can only go to the well so many times.. They'll soon be calling Carlton the "Chicken Littles"

Ya keep announcing beef wellington and keep delivering a meat pie... people are just going to laugh..like we are :lol:

I love where Swann basically attributes the 43,000 members they got last year to the slogan.
