todd 0 Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Just wondering if people know if any player want to be traded and the clubs that are interested in them. I am trying to make a list of all the player keen to move on and were they want or clubs interested in them. Hope people know some.
WonnaJurah 5 Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Mcnamara is homesick n wants to go bac to Sa apparently,Could do a trade with Crows or port
todd 0 Posted September 9, 2009 Author Posted September 9, 2009 I also mean Melbourne football club and other players form other clubs if people know of any
MadAsHell 4,217 Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 There was also the rumor about Jamar wanting to go back home, don't know how true that is though?
jacey 333 Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Andrew Lovett wants out. Wanted out last year but Geelong trade fell through. Out of contract too. Don't feel the need to pay the Bumbres anything (traditionally an impossible team to trade with) considering we have PSD1. Good player with a few -ves but i would take him PSD. Pick 1,2,18 def off the table when it comes to Lovett.
MadAsHell 4,217 Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Adelaide: Don't know of any. Brisbane: Rumor of Charman wanting out, Dalziell wanting to go home to WA. Carlton: Talk of Hartlett wanting to return to SA. Collingwood: Don't know of any. Essendon: Lovett suppose to want out, Lloyd may walk also. Have heard talk of Houli and Jetta but not sure how accurate. Fremantle: Tarrant wants home to VIC and Peake wants out also. Not sure if Sandilands or Pavlich will request a trade. Geelong: Don't know of any, maybe Tenace? Hawthorn: Keen on everybody but not sure if anyone wants out. Expect Taylor to be traded. Melbourne: Rumor both Jamar and McNamara may want to go back to SA. North Melbourne: Gibson has walked and Harris wont get a new contract at North. Port Adelaide: Salopek allegedly wants to come back to Vic, rumors about Burgoyne wanting to be traded also. Been talk of Boak but don't know how accurate that will be. Richmond: McMahon linked to St. Kilda for some reason, although not sure why the saints would be keen. Deal apparently done to send Raines to Brisbane as soon as trade week starts. Brown and Coughlan will be available, look for Schultz's name to be out there also. St. Kilda: Talk of Ball and Maguire wanting out. Sydney: Hall will be up for trade. O'Keefe could request trade again but doubt it. West Coast: McKinley has been linked to Carlton and always talk surrounding Daniel Kerr. Hansen will be up for trade but probably no takers. Western Bulldogs: Lake may choose to walk but doubt he will. Also rumor Grifffen wanting to head back to SA. All these South Australians allegedly wanting to head home makes me nervous about Trengove. Maybe Morabito, Butcher, Rohan or Cunnington would be a safer bet on second thought?
e25 5 Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 who speak learn english good now Trade pick high draft for spud. Get player good.
Carlos Danger 380 Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Richmond: McMahon linked to St. Kilda for some reason, although not sure why the saints would be keen. Something to do with somebody working at St Kilda who used to work for the Bulldogs a few years back, in the football department I think. He's the major reason they went for Farren Ray.

McMahon - Dont touch him ... sadly ... I cant say too much ... no, no, no .. Raines - Gone before this season started ... Daddy is half the problem!!!! Schultz - they had a deal done with Port ... then Miller tried to get "cute" and blew it  ... now he is worthless I've heard a few other little whispers that you might be surprised some of the names they are prepared to float .. However, are a bit like us when it comes to contractual obligations.

Ah, Stkilda are shooting for the 1st Pick in the next draft.
deeflog 679 Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Shane Tuck has been told by Richmond you are free to find yourself a new home, and is reportedly of to sydney
MadAsHell 4,217 Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Shane Tuck has been told by Richmond you are free to find yourself a new home, and is reportedly of to sydney Must say I'm suprised about Tuck. Sure he butchers the ball a bit, but he'd still have to be one of Richmond's better players.

I've been thinking that Richmond may not take a tall (Butcher), but go mid to build that midfield, like we have been doing. A new broom.

We've made a pitch to Brian Lake. A lot of water to pass under the bridge obviously, but interesting none-the-less.

I'm with you grazzman ... very "interesting" article some very interesting opinions and observations ... combined with "We've made a pitch to Brian Lake." One that interests me the most is the call on Sydney ... I have a feeling that if we could secure that pick ... Draft Day 2009 ... could go down in history as the day the Dees traded its way to a flag "The Swans have for a long time tended to trade players for specific needs and they will no doubt do so again this year. Especially considering Sydney will have about $2 million to spare in its cap due to its high-profile player retirements." Pick 5 - Sydney what would it take to get this ... its the 5th live pick in the draft assuming Scull being a lock in.

Chook 15,088 Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 Does he get his $10k back? Probably in the form of a pay rise.

H_T 3,049 Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 Even journalists get Trengove's name wrong. Extraordinary. Sunday Herald Sun this morning. Hutchy's column (bottom of the page): - SOUTH Australian Jackson Trengrove has emerged as the youngster most likely to join Tom Scully at Melbourne. The Demons are leaning towards two midfielders with their first two picks in the draft despite their obvious forward line needs. They will opt for the best player, rather than best needed-player. Yep...Extraordinary..

Yep...Extraordinary.. Yeah, I saw that too! Incredible that he'd get BOTH names wrong. I'm surprised he didn't follow it up with Tim Scolly. Ironic too that it was on the page written by Hutchy, he being the host of TAC Cup FutureStars and chief hype generator (after Shifter Sheahan).
