  1. Can someone please tell me how to watch the game tonight or at get a score.
  2. Best news ever. I can't wait to next year.
  3. 0910: Trade murmur: Melbourne Demons defender Paul Johnson could be on the move, according to his manager Dan Richardson. His future will be dependent on whether or not Melbourne pick up David Hale from North Melbourne. I think he will go anyway. But I don't know who will want him. What do others think?
  4. I was just wondering if we can sign him up during trade week? Can we do a deal with Gold Goast like Freo did today with Peter Faulks? Does everyone think he would be better then Hale? I think he would.
  5. David Mundy just resign with Freo for four years.
  6. Does anyone know if Taylor Walker is out of contract at the end of the year? Because if so I really think Melbourne should offer him a good contract for him to come to Melbourne. That would mean we have two key forwards for the next ten years!!!
  7. Michael Rischitelli is going to leave Brisbane at the end of the year and it has been said that he wants to go to a Melbourne based club and that he would like to go to Melbourne as it is going to be a good club in a few years and he thinks he will be in his prime. What do people think? I think we should go for him but we also need to get a key forward? What do please think.
  8. We all know we need a big, mature, key forward and I think we need to get one in this years trade period. We really need to get one to help Watts, Jurrah and Bate in the future so I think it is really important to get one this trade week by giving them a good offer. Who do people really think we will be able to convince and who will be available to come and play for us?
  9. My source is that there has been talk from the coaches about getting a mature body in the forward line and Chris Connolly said on SEN about five weeks ago saying that we need to get a big, strong forward in the trade.
  10. At the end of the year Melbourne will trade for a key forward. They see it is really important to get a developed key forward at the club next year. I dont know who they will get but they will get one at the end of the year and they will offer heaps of money to that player.
  11. Hi everyone. Does anyone now where I can get a player list with their numbers on it, for tomorrow afternoons Under 18 Championships as I would really like to know the players and their numbers when I am watching on Fox Sports tomorrow. Thanks.
  12. Does any know Brain Taylor's contact details, I am talking about the commentator for 3AW and Fox Sports?
  13. There has been a lot of talk that Melbourne is interested in getting another ruckman in this yea trade period and they would really like to get Shaun Hampson. They are going to get rid of Paul Johnson and John Messon at the end of the year and really want a good ruckman/forward to help Jamar. 22 Shaun Hampson Details Number 22 Height 201cm Weight 100kg DOB 21-03-1988 Debut Rd 21 2007 Games Goals 2010 0 2010 0 Career 27 Career 5 Dreamteam Points 2010 0 Bio Stats News & Video Guernsey Number The athletic ruckman forced his way into the side in round seven and missed only two games because of injury from then on. Needs to improve his marking and disposal, but showed promising signs with his ruckwork and consistency. A convert from soccer, he has had only five full seasons of football. Has a great leap, covers the ground well and is exceptionally quick for his height. Draft History 2006 NAB AFL Draft priority selection (Carlton) No. 17 overall. First Game for Carlton Round 21 2007 v Kangaroos, The Dome Carlton Player Number 1106th player to represent the Carlton Football Club. 0

  15. It says on the Melbourne site in the injury list that he is going to be out for 2 weeks and that was last week. So I think he will be out for one more week and he will be back playing. Finger crossed as I really want to see him play.
  16. If you watch any footy you would know that Dangerfield plays in the forward line and hardly ever plays in the midfield so I wouldn't even call him a established midfielder compared to Boak who has played his whole career in the midfield and is now a really good and established midfielder.
  17. I think we only need to get one type of players at the end of the year and get Travis Boak from Port into your midfield. I think we need to go into the draft and try and get a really good key forward maybe even two I we really lack someone in your forward line who can take a really good mark. We have used: Micheal Newton: hasn't done anything Brad Miller: I think he is as bad as Newton Jack Watts: Is still developing and is going to make mistakes I would keep playing him. Daniel Hughes: Not up to it. I know we have Liam to come back and he and Jack will go well together but I think we really need someone else who will be big and strong in your forward line. Maybe will should get someone from the VFL or somewhere else who we have sudden impact. I also think we should really go for Boak. He is going to be a superstar. He wants to come back to Melbourne and I think he would be one of the greatest trade if we get him. I watched todays game and he was the best player for Port and he is having a great year. I think if we et both of these we are going to have a great all round team.
  18. I have been hearing from a source at the Melbourne Football Club that we want one of the following players as a key forward in our forward line next year; Taylor Walker (Adel) Chris Dawes (Coll) Jesse White (Swans) Mitch Thorp (VFL) Justin Westhoff (Port) MCKINLEY, Ben (WC) DOWLER, Beau (Hawks) Rhys Stanley (StKilda) Ryan GAMBLE (Geelong)
  19. It has been said that Scott Thompson is going to come back to the Melbourne Football Club next year. He knows how good we are getting and wants to be part of it again. He is out of contract and will not sign.
  20. Is Aaron Black any good. Is he a forward or a backman because if he is a backman than i don't want him we have enough talk backman as it is.
  21. 1. Scully 2. Trengove 11. Daniel Talia or John Butcher 18. James Craig 34. Dylan Grimes Watch and see if Ball say yes or no before i start thinking about using the PSD. If Luke Ball says no than use it on Mitch Thorp or Jesse Smith
  22. Melbourne is able to use picks 1, 2 ,11, 18 34 and PSD 1 or Pick 50. Melbourne is able to do this because Cameron Bruce, outside 38 players because he is now on the veterans list. So therefore if we get rid of another player we are able to use all of the picks above
  23. PORT Adelaide onballer Shaun Burgoyne will join Hawthorn next season as part of a four-club trade. The deal also sees Hawk forward Mark Williams sign a three-year deal with Essendon, and Bomber Jay Nash move to Port Adelaide. The Power also receive two first-round draft picks: No.9 (from Hawthorn) and 16 (from Essendon, on-traded by Hawthorn). Geelong, the fourth club involved in the trade, has parted with draft pick 33 in exchange for three additional picks. The Cats took draft selections 40 and 56 from Port Adelaide, and 42 from Essendon. In a further exchange of draft picks, Essendon receives No.24 (from Port Adelaide), and Geelong's 33. Relations between the Power and Hawthorn appeared strained on Wednesday after Hawks president Jeff Kennett stymied a potential deal involving defender Campbell Brown. But on Thursday night, Power football operations manager Peter Rohde confirmed an agreement had been reached. The complicated arrangement leaves Port Adelaide with three picks in the first round of November’s NAB AFL Draft – No.8, 9 and 16 – which Rohde said was a "terrific position". "We wish Shaun all the best at Hawthorn," he added. "We are also delighted to have secured Jay Nash from Essendon. "We have had our eye on Jay since he was drafted and really rate him as a half-back or onballer." Hawthorn player and personnel manager Chris Pelchen said the Hawks were delighted to have wrapped up the Williams deal as part of the Burgoyne trade. "Williams had a contract with Hawthorn for the 2010 season but received an offer for three years from Essendon and requested to be traded," Pelchen said in a statement. He said Burgoyne was a quality player of outstanding character. "He offers us another highly talented option in our midfield and we look forward to seeing him in the brown and gold next year." WHAT THEY RECEIVED Hawthorn Shaun Burgyone (from Port) Port Adelaide Jay Nash (from Essendon), draft picks No.9 (from Haw), and 16 (from Ess) Essendon Mark Williams (from Haw), draft picks No.24 (from Port) and 33 (from Geel) Geelong Draft picks No.40, 56 (from Port) and 42 (from Ess)
