Pedders=still eating garlic M.Jones=defensive running terrific. Jamar=always makes sur its a contest. Backline=developing nicely. Cross=whatever he cost,it was cheap,inanunder machine.

Matt Jones has to be dropped,he is working to hard and running the legs off his opponent. Perhaps dropping him will help the members see the difference gut runners make to the team. Defensive side of his game has been a tribute to PR.One player who has got it.

Thought everything PR was going to bring to our club has been on show all year. We will master this" less than 10 goals per game" plan first,and then go on and develop more plans and ways of opening up the game when we have the skill and the players to execute that skill on a consistent basis. I got everything i thought we would get yesterday and so far this year. The really good part of PRs game plan is if you lack in the basics as a player,this plan will find out very quickly.{and trades begin} On yesterdays game i thought grimes has found his spot,and a few other blokes are slowly finding their spots or they are being found out.

Thanks for saying that. Most people might love footy and can tell us everything about the dees and blah blah blah.But when it comes to administration and structures of the game,looking at most posters on DL a lot of them have no idea of the workings of a league or the organisation of that league. South African cricket is still coming to terms with set-up,academies,and school level cricket structures and they still havent got it right after 22 years of renewing each broken down structure run by people not thinking clearly,but thinking racially. Maybe i was fishing with the sexist bit and quite enjoyed upsetting a few posters,But my main point still remains that its miles away from fruition having women at the top in footy.Until major investment by the AFL the system wont produce anybody of note. What is interesting is in petas interview she said working with the 18yo recruits with development would probably be her job. And the truth is thats about the limit ATM because young recruits will be to scared and raw to NOT listen to a person thats their first developing medium at the club,ive no doubt teaching backline structures will be successful for her with the young blokes as its going to be a rote lesson,more than a developing your own ideas appointment.i will stick to my sexist comment though,at the end of the day the afl will brag all about a female appointment and not generate any betterment of the female football leagues trying to establish themselves. No number seems the best go. But if you really have to choose,go for a number not yet used at the club,this attracts dee supporters to look back at your number and try to remember the last player to wear it.{your the helping OD overcome alziemers}. Also choosing an unused number makes it very exciting next year if a new player requests YOUR number,just think you are in the groove with any new recruit that makes his debut.
