Two Redlegs memberships arrived in the mail on Friday. Eighteen consecutive years for me and my fiancé having her first ever membership. Guest passes are all but over….

Rd 9 v Carlton, TMac kicked 3, Weid and Brown both goalless, it didn’t work and Brown was dropped (unfairly imo but was it because of fitness??). Weid went on to play a few games before making way for Brown, the rest is history….

I think social media played a massive part in peoples lives during the lockdowns, just need to be on there for the right reasons.

Defenders - May, Lever, Petty, Rivers Fwds - Fritsch, Brown Kozi Then throw in Luke Jackson and Langdon and Sparrow. No doubt the midfield brigade would of learnt a bit but for me one of the biggest influences in our was Choco.

All clubs had their fair share of easy losses, Dogs just had theirs at the wrong time of the season.

I like the games / match ups just not the order.

I’m not a fan of this, Wednesday night…. Season opener should be on the Thursday, but Richmond v Blues should be bumped back, or find Richmond another opponent but they won’t because of the crowd they’ll draw.

Got my Weg and Herald sun posters, the signed jumper won’t arrive until late November. This just arrived to night, a surprise birthday present from my best mate. Going to get it signed at the next family day.

Herald Sun laminated poster arrived today, upon taking it out of the poster tube i noticed it was damaged. Such poor form, whoever put it in there would of known and just sent it anyway….I’ve sent an email asked for a replacement. My Premiers shirt from the Demonshop also arrived.

I’d take what you can get for now, but also put your name on the waiting list for other options should they arise. I’m not sure how guest passes work in areas with reserved seats, as in if the bay is all reserved and everyone is in attendance where does your guest sit? Maybe up on 2a? In the unreserved Redlegs area there were always empty seats. I was told though that whilst any restrictions remain in place on crowd numbers, guest passes would not be available.

Redlegs are behind the goals level 2 and they’re recently introduced level 2a (previously if you had guests from the opposition club you were required to go to 2a). There are two types of Redleg memberships available on level 2. Reserved seats / non reserved, the reserved are all sold out but during the week the club called me and I was able to upgrade a second membership (general admission) I had only purchased days earlier to another Redleg non reserved seat. I personally find the non reserved a better option because you may not like who you’re sitting next to or you can move depending on the weather between four bays on level 2. There is a big screen to the right for when the ball goes up the other end of the ground. In short I’d ring the club and not take what on the website for granted as when they rang me they were going through waiting lists and presenting me with different options.

Can’t remember if it was the preliminary or the GF but the over the head no look handball from Petracca to Oliver.
