  1. Brown left while Bailey was still at Port Adelaide. Round 22, 2007: Fergus Watts went to St Kilda.
  2. Pickett, Bizzell and Brown all retired before the end of the 2007 season. Johnstone was obviously traded and no coach would have kept Godfrey, Ward and Ferguson.
  3. 1) Never stop running, ever. No matter how much it hurts.
  4. Rubbish about Macdonald, was one of a few players who is tough and takes the game on.
  5. I love Petty Cash but I have to agree. I noticed at the start of the third quarter, before the ball was bounced he had his hands on his hips, just standing there looking bored. It really stood out to me that he didn't look switched on. Thirty seconds later the ball came to him, he dropped an easy mark then did a lazy kick that was smothered. AFL footballers need to be switched on 100% if the time, it's only a little thing but it stood out.
  6. To celebrate the book, everyone should go out and buy a t-shirt. Air Jurrah Great work RudeBoy, looking forward it to.
  7. It has been a shambles for about 10 years.
  8. Did anyone else notice he has been demoted from number 7 to 14? I have never seen that before.
  9. Just over $480 now donated directly to the Mt Theo program, great work everyone.
  10. ...I hope the club doubles it.
  11. I am not confident at all. I really worry about the team's ability to back up again after last week.
  12. Everyone needs to move on. The good news is he isn't injured so we know he will be able to play in three weeks.
  13. This is a key point that has been missed by the media.
  14. I want to know why so long was spent hearing from the Adelaide doctor about Dangerfield's condition when the Chairman instructed the panel to focus on the conduct, not the consequence to the tackled player. If this is the case, all the evidence from the Adelaide doctor was irrelevant and should not have been heard.
  15. The part I found most interesting was this: If this is the case, all the evidence from the Adelaide doctor was irrelevant and should not have been heard.
  16. OUT: Grimes, Jamar, Trengove IN: Macdonald, Martin, Bennell
  17. 6. Moloney 5. Jamar 4. Petterd (even if he didn't kick a goal today I would still give him votes for his efforts and willingness to attack the ball) 3. Sylvia 2. Bail 1. Green
  18. Jamar needs more relief in the ruck, whether it is from Dunn or a player like Martin, Newton or Spencer I am not sure. Macdonald will come in for Grimes if he is still injured.
  19. The day that Lade went after him but instead Morton went and chased after the football? Morton has been soft on many occasions, that was not one of them.
  20. Glad to see his tackling efforts against West Coast didn't go unnoticed.
  21. His attempted tackle on Kerr last week was embarrassing.
  22. Every time he goes to "tweet" he should do 50 push-ups instead, will be much more beneficial.
  23. All valid points and it is hard to say. Bailey has never struck me as coach who can lift and inspire a team. In a roundabout way hopefully some good comes from the result last Thursday because all it takes is one bad game for things to go back a long way.
