Stopped watching very early 2nd qtr, when it was apparent we were no better than last week. Ok, we know the talent is there, so what happened? Was it effort? Was it game plan? Was it literally "one of those nights"?

Agree 100% How on earth does a team supposedly overflowing with tough, hard at it types, allow their main weapon to be knocked around for an entire game, with not a single retaliatory action in his defence? Maybe our so-called team of young bulls are still weaners?

I look at the results of other high finishers from last year, and hope our pitiful performance was something to do with where we are in our training program, due to aiming at being at our peak for finals.

@Demonland Agree with this. Terrific player, but with obvious deficiencies that don't gel with our defensive manic pressure plan. We actually didn't seem to miss him much when he was out, and if Weideman continues with the late burst of improvement, we will be a better side with him gone.
