Love to have a few punts esp multis.....won 2500 once for 10 bucks on 6 games where each team had to win by less than 39.5pts (ie under 40pts)....over the course of the weekend the first five teams had got up...(amazingly)...the sixth and final game was mel v coll a QB few years back....the sixth leg of the bet was either side to win under 15.5pts....The siren had sounded and the dees had won by 13 or 14pts but ROBBO had taken a last minute screamer and was shooting for goal near the boundry after the siren.....you can imagine...so wrapt to win the game (esp against the pies).... my mates were most bemused at me suddenly screaming at the tele.... Jurrah is forever getting the ball seemingly out of position...the way he moves.....its almost his trait.....I still remember the one he took over Baker last year and then showed him the ball. It was right in front of me and I was surrounded by Stkilda supporters...the look on their faces and Bakers was priceless.

I also thought after a bad pre season to say the least, Liam going down and then getting belted by Hawthorn, how much more can this club take, what are the supporters thinking and another write off season looming....then, the spark against Collingwood! That spark is fast turning into a flame and its not so much the opposition, its just the way they are playing. Its wonderful. There were little snippets late last year, the first half against StKilda in the last round for example....and the really amazing thing that apart from 2 young drafted players and a recruit from Brisbane, its the Same Team. They are learning fast, very fast...Bring It On
