  1. Got to training today (from Tamworth) and got soaked. Was fascinating to see what they get up to. Sparrow, Viney, TMAC, and Chandler doing fast laps towards the end. Rivers and Petts doing slower laps towards the end. Met the ‘Ghostwriter’ 😊
  2. Sorry Picket - think Cale Morton comes close to this benchmark too
  3. I'm down from Tamworth until Friday morning - does anyone know if they will be at Gosch's on Wednesday by any chance, and if so, at what time?
  4. Send my regards to Ghostwriter please
  5. Top Left - Kentfield, Top right Verrall ... I think Bottom left - Jeffo? Bottom Right - Adams?
  6. Pretty mixed highlights to me - very scrappy at times. Not elite from the package above for me.
  7. Injuries impacted
  8. Apparently Pick 9 weighs more than Pick 5, but we can't tell anyone (and won't know anyway).
  9. Yes - a very nice one
  10. I’m pleased that the real Tony A got life membership. RIP Tony
  11. Every time I come to see the Dees in the finals from northern NSW, they aren't here :-(
  12. Fits the Geelong recruit profile given he is in his 30's
  13. I'm interested in Hawk the Demon's take on this judgement.
  14. Thanks for everything you have done at Melbourne Ben for the mens and women’s teams All the best for your future and for your family and loved ones.
  15. Given we rarely bring our sub on until the last quarter, is Jefferson worth a go as Sub - he can come on when opposition players have played most of the game and still get a feel for the pace or AFL? Perhaps a swap for Melk (though he is a very smart player).
  16. I was in hospital for appendectomy for a few days back in the mid 70s.
  17. TMac - lots of turnovers
  18. Fullarton as 2nd ruck?
  19. BT doesn’t know anything, only asks questions
  20. And as for the Race caller bloke calling Frittata: ‘Fritz’- drove me nuts!
  21. this was the best outcome of the round 😀 ... and we are ahead of them on the ladder!
  22. Apparently, research says you can change a habit after 45 days (if you do the new action every day), so he better start today 🙂
  23. Turned it off half way through the third quarter. Adelaide, Brisbane and Roos played with much more heat than us and we couldn’t respond. Really disappointed in that performance.
  24. They tried it for this season so some ‘stars’ from other clubs changed clubs. All of our team stayed except Daisy retired and Maggie Caris decided to focus on netball. I’m hopeful they’ll win again this year and stick together for a three peat 😊
  25. And they don't respect JJ enough to note that he may be playing against his old club too.
