Farewell Jesse Hogan
Hogan to be traded. No way. He has the ability to take us to number 1. We must show the loyalty to the group. If his personal issues mean he wants to go home, then we need to consider that. But not looking to offload Jesse. Remember he’s still only 22-23.

2018 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Still think in the late 20s the best option is a youngster like Tom McKenzie, Mitch Riordan & Hugo Munn. probably Valente, Duursma & O’Halloran will be gone by 29-32
- Sam Weideman
-
2018 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Definitely there is a chance MFC will look at mature aged VFL players. Lockhart (Casey) Collins (Werribee) Hore (Collingwood) & Corey Wagner (Casey). All will be drafted or rookied
- Sam Weideman

Sam Weideman
It’s time its time for Sam Weideman we had hoped for a Hogan & Weideman forward combo but tommy McDonald has taken the second key forward role with hogan out for the rest of 2018, Weideman must step up in these next 2 rounds he is ready. He can be the forward we need give Sam the rev up and set him loose

Farewell Jesse Hogan
I still think he is a better CHF. Not a full forward. Terrible kicking. Not confident. Has all the physical attributes but mentally on the edge. No comparison to a Wayne Carey. More a Matthew Richardson type. A good player. Yes. Not a great!!

Andrew Gaff
Couldn’t agree more

VALE JARROD LYLE
MFC have to get inspired by Lyles fight. He is one of the finest blokes. Let’s all pray he gets to see us in September and hold up the cup.

2018 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Any thoughts on Sam Walsh he is a natural type outside mid like Darcy Parish but better !! demons maybe should try to package some players and get a early pick Suns pick 2 or 3 likely at seasons end (they make have both if as predicted Lynch goes) Pick 2 and Jack Scrimshaw for Tyson, Frost & ANB ??
-
Andrew Gaff
He’s not a million a year. That’s a Dangerfield value only.
-
Andrew Gaff

2018 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Probably have 6 off. ((Bugg, Pedersen, vdnberg, Johnstone, JKH, mckenna)) Vince to get one more year. Filipivic off rookie list trade out Dean Kent to Freo (pick 52) get Gaff (eagles) Free agent get Tom Campbell (dogs) trade pick 52 backup ruck We will likely have picks 31, 44,49 + Toby Bedford as Next Generation. Pick 31- Tom Lewis or Mitch Riordan pick 44 - Ely Smith or Lachlan McDonnell (Smokey) pick 49 - perhaps VFL Marty Hore from Collingwood or Charlie Thompson (Tigers) rookie list - add Jay Lockhart (Casey)

Andrew Gaff
Ok. 5- yr deal at $750,000 a year. Beyond that is ridiculous

2018 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Dees would have picks 31,44,49 on current ladder positions.
-
2018 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Luke Valente was BOG v Allies. The kid is seriously good. I thought MFC could steal him around the 30 pick but I think he will go top 15-20 now.
-
Welcome to Demonland Toby Bedford
It’s a Yes from me. The kid has pace and raw ability. Competitive streak. Fills a small forward role only. He is small and skinny. About 66 kegs and would be behind Spargo in the benchpress. But as a NGA allocation, he is worth a pick 50/60 opportunity.
-
Andrew Gaff
100% get Gaff. Victorian boy. Barracked for the Dees. Offer a big 5 year deal around $600k a year. Gaff is exactly the connect player we need. Does it both when the Eagles are flying but lifts when others struggle.

Demons Grand Plan for Yarra Park Training HQ
Utopia vision.

2018 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Toby Bedford keeps impressing as our Next Gen Academy pick. Many clubs this year have father-son, Academy and NGA rights on players, many of which fall in the top 10-30. Mitchell Riordan hurt his hamstring last week and will miss the rest of the championships. Not such a bad thing. He will be a star. All the attributes. Think how Sloane and Parker were end of 2nd round bargains. Riordan is this years bargain as he is likely to slide to 30-35 range.

2018 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Duursma again. I’m afraid he is rising up above the 28-30 range for our 2nd rounder
