  1. Langdon is a runner. We definitely need him and also another 1-2 similar types that run. Ideally excellent skills. Langdon does also like to kick rather than handball. He gains metres and creates opportunities. This year he has had 250 possessions- 150 kicks 100 handballs. Contrast to Harmes who has 180 possessions- 80 kicks and 100 handballs. Harmesy needs to kick it more rather than be a handball centred player who sometimes puts his teammates under the pump. ‘Langers’ is probably 6th in B&F behind Trac, Max, Clarry, Mayzy and JV.
  2. Agree. In fact we won due to Trac, May, Langdon and Olly. We won despite Oscar, Spargo, AVB and Hannan giving us NOTHING. They should go (Pickett to be managed, and Hibbo to get a full 9 days to recover and come back for the Freo game).
  3. Jones contributed more than Avb, Spargo and Hannan. He deserves another game. He had the shocker of a clanger to gift the Saints a goal (Farrrrrrrrrrk) but earned one back with his hard contest and handball to Trac for the snap in the 3rd. Based on Saturday night, his place in the team V Swans won’t be a gift.
  4. Kangas are canon fodder now. They have given up and the Suns should have won by 100. The next few teams to play them will be out for big wins. Power, Freo, Eagles.
  5. It was a mix of players. #21 was not Preuss. He was in the NT. #21 looked like a slim Chris Dawes
  6. Absolutely. Dangerfield and also Guthrie bodied and pushed Bont. We applied zero physical pressure and allowed him to roam. Goodwin completely failed v Bulldogs
  7. Yes the Hawks are unlikely to go beyond 14-16th now. So we should get a pick around 23-25 depending on the priority zone and father son picks.
  8. Jack Viney will be out of my SuperCoach team. Had a win to progress to semis but have kept Jack in due to loyalty. His 46 on the weekend was low. Any suggestions?
  9. Exactly. The kid has talent but it’s burgo’s call.
  10. All are welcome back at social events. Unfortunately their best is in the past and we have better players on board.
  11. Ordinarily no but there’s reasons for 6 changes. 1 Hibberd has a twisted swollen ankle. Unlikely to be available for Thursday. 2 Pickett needs to be managed and get a break. Despite our great win over the Saints, there were some absolute passengers who were spectators and almost cost us on many occasions. 3 Oscar was terrible. Turnovers and missed tackles. How on earth does he get a game? Not needed versus the mid sized Swans forward line 4 Hannan was ordinary and had no impact 5 Spargo created nothing. Still little impact despite time upfield. 6 Vandenburg was poor and seems to be getting slower. Needs a break. Ins. Lockhart replaces Hibberd. Bedford replaces Pickett. Bennell/Neal-Bullen/Hunt replace Spargo Fritsch replaces Hannan Baker replaces Vandenburg. Harmes gets back in and please let him tag (Parker, Fyfe, Kelly, McGrath in next 4 weeks) I know Goody won’t do the six but they need to recognize that the Saints were all over us and we had 6/7 blokes who stood up as champions to win the day and others who were terrible.
  12. Vandenburg? Lockhart x 2 I think you want Vdberg on the bench
  13. May - a bloody superstar Petracca - nearly A grade Viney - in the trenches
  14. Vandenburg - lost the plot Hannan - headless chook syndrome
  15. Oscar - slow AND terrible
  16. Agree. Steven May. You’re a bloody star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  17. 600. May Beats his opponent and wins the footy and rebounds 5 Lever - great marks and spoils and smart tonight 4 Petracca - his goals were the difference. Gd looked cooked and out of sorts but willed himself on 3 Langdon- run and run and run and wins the footy, an excellent game 2 Rivers - showed maturity beyond his years, smart and composed and quick and skilled 1 Salem - important possessions and good run, he is very important apologies to Weid Clarry, Maxy and Hibbo until injured. ???oscar ??Vandenburg ?Hannan
