it was obvious he was gone after we lost to Essendon by 148 points and his embarrassing uninspiring per-match speech was aired on TV the guy is a terrible speaker and motivator, no wonder the players looked asleep every game under him

With the ball and chain gone, I guarantee we will win some games in the 2nd half of the year and Craig will have us playing with flair. Its going to be very interesting to see the stats from now on, and if we become more even in disposals instead of having 120 less per week.

Terrible post. The guy gives 110% out on the field, throws his weight around and protects the kids. Not to mention hes a premiership player. Thats why hes a good leader, not cos of some things he said in a press conference.

i believe Jeff when he says his main motivation is that the MFC was a once great brand that has been reduced to almost nothing, and he wants to build it back to something to have the name of Melbourne is a privilege, and i think Jeff is a man that loves this city and the state of Victoria and he wants to see the team that represents the capital city to be strong once again

Bit harsh there. Eade has a career coaching record of 54%, a great effort considering the amount of games he has coached (317) and that he did most of it with the cash strapped Doggies. (317). Not many coaches bat above .500, but hes doing it easily. Sure he hasnt won a flag, but that doesn't mean he isnt good enough to. He had the Bulldogs in the top 4 for 3 straight seasons and they are arguably less resourced than even us. He coached the Swans into a Grand Final in his first season on the job. Absolutely laughable to suggest he would be a bad appointment for the MFC.

we need the PP, and we will get it,. Just cos we have stuffed up picks in the past doesn't mean we will again. I am tipping we we are going to hire an experienced coach, an experienced head of football, and we have Jason Taylor the new recruiting guy plus Todd Viney who made some great picks last draft. By the time November rolls around I have faith that PJ will have our house in order and we will have a stricture in place headed by the right people that will get our player development right finally. -
