To Hell & Back: Episode 5
You had me until "Whiteboard Wednesday".

POSTGAME: MS02 vs Hawthorn
Jack Viney is too one dimensional at winning

Jack Viney a Liability?
I see Viney as a big game player. Look at when he came back early from his foot injury in 2017 and tore apart WCE, our finals campaign in 2018. I see him playing a dozen or so solid games, a few quieter ones and around five critical, hard matches where he absolutely rips the game open. We've got the talent where we don't need Jack in top gear all of the time, but able to up his beastmode when needed in a way that turns games.

Gawn joins Fox Footy’s AFL 360
I don't like this, first the Captaincy and now this. I don't think his knees will hold up to the weight of it all!

New Role for Harmes
This makes perfect sense. Harmes played alot of time in the back half in the second half of last season and was very good. Also with the opposition's best mids often resting forward he can also nullify their impact.

POSTGAME: PM02 vs Kangaroos
I like the way Corey plays, he tackles hard, finds the ball in the HF, does nice things and is creative around goal.
-
Jack Viney "All In"
I disagree, would prefer Jack and the rest of our list, coaches and back-office personnel to take a vow of silence to atone for last year, until such time that we hold premiership cup in the air.

TEAMS: MS01 vs Adelaide
I don't like that we have emergencies, would rather we just keep injured players out on the ground

MFC Strategic Plan for Next 4 Years
I question how much influence the East Melbourne residents really have in this. Surely any local or state government would laugh at them, like they do the rest of us
-
Training Ground?
I still think we pursue the Jolimont option. Throw in some 3 game memberships to the East Melbourne residents who want to walk their dog in the park as a sweetener - easy, problem solved! Get it done Dees!

2020 Leadership Group
I'm not convinced we should make Gawn captain on the basis that his knees may not be able to handle the weight of captaincy. Is this talk of Gawn as Captain and his knee injury a coincidence, maybe not? Regardless we cannot afford to take the risk that the two are connected.

Injury List 2020
You can add Gary Pert to the list with a shoulder. The CEO needs to be smarter and not engage in such reckless activity that could derail our season. He is old enough to know better and is the captain of the ship FFS.

vandenBerg Update?
Saty, is the fence ok?

Champion Data Rankings 2020
There is no way that North have a better list than Carlton, and at that a significantly better midfield.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
It might just be me, but I'm slowly warming to Peter Bell since his feather in cap moment in 2018. It gets lost sometimes with supporters that clubs generally go over and above when it comes to player welfare.
- Wait for this to be rorted!

Farewell Jesse Hogan
The moment the club posted video of Topper Harley kicking goal from the boundary it was obvious we would sign him.

Eddie's Plan to Redevelop the G
I find the delays due to closing Brunton Avenue for pedestrians to be most inconvenient. My driver, Alfred, now parks at the Pullman and I have a couple of Sherry's in the club lounge before the trip home.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Great point Wrecker, we see it all the time where clubs help facilitate trades due to personal circumstances. Hogan showed enormous faith in us when all the club could sell was hope and the club made sure he got to Freo as long as a fair trade could be reached. Similarly with Bennell, if he's doing everything he can to get his body right then I expect the club to pick him even if he may not end up playing, as he will have earned another shot.

Replacement Game is Rd 11 vs Hawthorn (Friday Night)
Delicious ?

Petracca Ready to Establish Himself
It was clear during the 2019 season how focussed Track was on the field and it showed in him having a solid and consistent year at HF after a slow start in the first 5 or so games. When reports of him wanting to play predominantly midfield arose during end of season reviews I was very pleased as it showed he was determined to do what was needed to succeed. Looking forward to his continued improvement in 2020.

Captaincy 2020
Can a separate thread be created for all of the discussion that is not related to the 2020 Captiancy. I come in here expecting information, discussion and opinions on the Captiancy only to read about the 1960-2000's and other unrelated diatribe.
