Yes perhaps in poor taste but how about Mebourne on the road. A minor pandemic hits Melbourne (no deaths) but the city is quarantined. Tough job in the assistant role. They don't get the golden parachutes (security of tenure) that goes with being the head coach as they are mainly on year to year contracts. Nothing unusual in that as a lot of the work force has similar security of tenure but their alternative employment opportunities are limited. There are only so many private schools that can afford full time coaches. Good luck to them all. It's very important that they all leave with the feeling that they can walk back in and have a coffee etc in the future.
