My guess is that the NSW border will be closed for a minimum of two months. That assumes a month to get on top of the virus numbers and then a month of verification and political manouevering. (Early reports suggest nearly 200 cases for Melbourne today). You would have to think that if there's a risk of a break out in another State it's NSW which would complicate things. To a State government it makes little difference whether they pay money or buy memberships so many clubs would be in the same boat to some degree.
