They show every sign of being on their last legs and I'm a fan of both of them. Weid ( of whom I was not a fan)was being used much more suitably to his natural skills by the Bombers on Sunday . If they can get Brown fit and kick on the lead it's problem solved. Ok I'll bite. Yes I think that's a good idea and especially that we shouldn't play the national anthem before the corporate Grand Final. I don't actually have a problem with acknowledging Anzac Day at the game itself given its importance in our national story. But I reject the conflation of the game seemingly being promoted as THE recognition of the remembrance. Of course most of the Australian population don't even know who is playing so it's either irrelevant or an extraordinary case of inflated self importance
