Realistically the games not winnable. I had us between 8-14 this year. Time to try and lock down position going forward. Windsor is a wingman Jefferson stays for at least 5 more games Laurie at least 4 games in the middle. Play Thorstrup , Langford and Lindsay for remainder of the year but monitor their bodies and give breaks based on fitness, energy , not so much week to week performance.

Logic says the players need a new voice, game plan. The rest is just sentiment and paying out a contract.
