DJ I heard a fascinating discussion with Nathan Buckley last night. He was talking about a type of player like Kolt. He said the very best have 5 or 6 ways to get the ball and get out of a pack. A good player has less and then there are players, as example Kolt who at this stage has only one way. Charge at ball , get it and tgen try and get out through the pack. He is a passionate player who needs to learn a lit of tricks to perform at a high level. But do we have the coaches?

Not directed at you. Its just sad and pathetic to allow people to uneccesarily find fault with a second year player who should be learning the game from skilled teachers- coaches. Its not his fault we drafted him Not his fault we picked him way before he is capable of playing at AFL level. If I was his him or his parents and read the talk here Id be out of the place as soon as I could. The Club stinks from the head down to some so called supporters.

I feel he can become our own pest, he annoys the opposition. Ego a bit ahead of ability for now but each year he will get stronger and opposition mids will get older. Hes going to be a good one. Let’s accept we are not making finals and get as much experience into guys like Kolt as we can. I do t care if he’s tired or can’t run too much. All a learning as to how fit and strong he needs to get.
