Ruck/Forward to take the role Clark would have had. -

Really can't take NEAFL form into account when players are getting high 40's to 60's possessions. Mitch Morton was kicking bags in the same comp. Besides this the trouble with Membrey is where does he sit, he's too small for a KPP and I don't know if he has what it takes to play high half forward and have a run through the middle. What tricks does he have? -
Wouldn't be blaming Denham for this, I'm sure there are 17 clubs that have some interest in Fyfe. Let's say at least 9 have made enquiries to his management. Big deal. Denham's comment calling us the "Bears" last year was close to the mark I would think.

That's correct.

The service is garbage and over priced anyway, but yes 'Jack' the add hasn't gone unnoticed. The best way to fix this crew is to lobby for the airport train and then we might not have to put up with the extortion that is even worse than food and drink prices at the footy.

2 things, I think Freo are heading out of their window not entering it. Sandy & Pav near the end. I would also think Frawley has 2 contracts unless this one is for 5 or more years, probably 2 x 3 year contract minimum so this one is not necessarily as crucial as some think. Think Lake with the Dogs/Hawks.

...and I would like to get Gary Ablett, out of contract, thought to be the best ever but getting a bit older so maybe we could get him for a mill or there abouts. In all seriousness Zac Smith is part of the GC future, he is not going anywhere. A Qld kid who is part of the foundation of the club and will be a great player given an injury free run. -
There is one I reckon who might and only might come close to Hogan, and he will go at 1. We won't have that pick. My opinion is that Hogan is the pick of the bunch of young forwards including Cameron and we need to keep him.

Interesting on Tyson, had a bandage on his upper thigh during the game. Did he have it today?
-
As he did last year 'Sat', lets see who's out there and interested in taking the bait.
-
I doubt Roos will be looking at any of the big fish like Fyfe, maybe I'm wrong. To me he is more likely to try and uncover another Joey Kennedy type or see if there is another Tyson deal waiting for us.

Thanks for sharing...I'm not a basketball fan but sure could appreciate the skill and the message.

Who are the best six kicks in our mighty team?
rjay replied to Bobby McKenzie's topic in Melbourne Demons
The long goals are, he does miss some of his passes but his is a penetrating kick and will get better. -
All Victorian clubs are being investigated not just us so the title is a little misleading and hysterical I would think.

Agree, his action is good but his application is lacking at this stage. A lack of composure and sometimes trying to be a bit cute at the moment let him down. -

Not quite right, he does get a mention and I can't see him being let go. -
Great tackle on Goddard who thought he could break the kid in half running with a full head...very unlucky not to get the free for that one.

They are a middle rung team so you will get the variance in performance. Unless they can address list issues this is what we will get from them, around 6-10 and worse when Petrie and Harvey go.
-
The win/loss thing doesn't really matter. It matters that players are ready to come up and that they put pressure on the senior players for places. The reason why some of these players are at Casey is that they don't do what Roos wants. If any of them go away from the plan it falls down. I wouldn't necessarily blame Welsh, seems we have a bunch of players not playing or incapable of playing to instruction. We also have a very young bunch of Casey listed players and this isn't helping. I don't know how the alliance is working with Casey but I trust the club will make the right decisions going forward. I also don't know how Welsh is seen as a coach within the club, again I trust the club will make the right decisions going forward.

Maybe one day everyone will wake up that he just doesn't have the talent many think he has. He's just an average footballer, nothing more, nothing less.
