No I was just making a general comment......We often think a player from another side will be great for us which is often does not turn out that way.....The Adams thread for instance, If you listened to all the praise over him you would believe he is Gary Ablett.......Not saying he won't be but he is just a kid who has had a good season.

As I live a fair way away from the MCG.....This would hold no interest from me....I don't drink at the footy and as I have to drive home I prefer a few coldies at home with a few mates where there are no breathalisers. I hope you get what you want......

I find it distressing that one of our past administrators is called a "maggot" Whatever you may think of CS.....He had the best interest of the club at heart....Had a big hand in the debt reduction.....He had many faults but to call ANYBODY a maggot is ignorant, stupid, and shows the mentality of the author......

I don't think you just give away coaching appointments to heal rifts of the past.........He has been appointed by the club for football reasons I would say....

I think that Miller was a player that got the most out of himself......A good honest player...not a great player.....I think he might be good to show our young blokes how to get the best out of themselves Just a thought....

Sorry rjay........60's 70's 80's, players played on mud heaps with cricket pitches quagmires in the centre Now one ground is a bit slippery and all hell brakes out........They surely have to toughen up......or wear appropriate footwear...

As one of those flogs, I find the MCC the best place to watch the footy......No drunks spilling beer all over me or my kids, no one swearing all the time, no punch ups and fantastic supporters.......I was lucky to have my granddad put me down when I was born......

And you have so much experience in this field I take it??????

Brian Royal was ass coach 2000 to 2003 and had stints at Rich, Nth and St Kilda before re joining us in 2010.....He had a lot of experience in footy depts in a range of roles....Not his fault that we didn't recruit quality midfielders.......I think he did his best with what he had to work with I just want to thank him for the service that he gave to the MFC............

It is interesting to note..... Melb has had 3 PP................2009.......Scully 2003.......Sylvia 1997.......T.Johnsone Coll has had 2 2005...... Thomas 1999.......Fraser Haw has had 2 2004.......Roughead 2005.......X. Ellis Since this......Coll and Haw have been in the top eight and have both won Flags,whilst w have been in the bottom half of the ladder and very close to the bottom for the past 7 years........If we don't deserve one now we never will and the whole PP system should be scrapped.
