I had no idea May was indigenous. Is that ignorance on my behalf or a common mistake?

On all stats on the AFL mobile app for teams Melbourne are in the top 6 (except for hit outs suprise suprise and we have the All Australia ruckman chomping at the bit) and for most we are top 3, if not number 1 ranked team. disposals, contested possessions, tackles, inside 50's etc... Why are we not in the top 3? I'm interested in people's thoughts, statisticaly speaking we should be. Does that mean with Hogan and Gawn back we will head that way? Not often mathematics lies but it seems to be...

The 2 things I love most about Petracca are when he bursts from a pack how he doesn't drop the ball into his foot he throws it down, puts everything into it. And when he kicks a goal his whole face lights up, he smiles from the bottom of his soul it's awesome. Makes me smile

I don't like this, nor do I think this is true. Each concussion case is so different they have to be treated individually. If Hunt is right to go he is right to go, you wouldn't do this for any other injury so why concussion?

I agree with this, stating we miss last year's all Australian ruckman is hardly worth mentioning it's so obvious but it's interesting that neither Hogan nor Watts are classic Josh Kennedy type mark-kick-goal forwards, especially when as the article points out we seem to look for the bail out kick to the top of the square so often, I think Weed is and the sooner he comes on (and in my opinion the more senior games he plays) the better. Smith was also trying to fill this role I think until he got injured. Also watching O'Brien Sicily and to a lesser extent (Big boy) McEvoy (wow wee) take pack marks and generate goals was painful. I think we miss Gawns defensive marks, which he would average around 4 a game and also his offensive bail out marks which he probably gets at least 2, more than his tap work. We seem to be able to clear the ball, as this article also hints at, thanks to the genuinely special talent with elite numbers from 75% game time. Our players are now learning that when they see that red hair burry into a pack they can spread because most of the time he gets it out. It will happen, it's a matter of when now not if...

Then it's the annual Easter Saturday Billy cart races down the Corowa main Street, followed by the annual pub crawl home, which due to a scheduling conflict with the AFL is going to have to be quicker than normal this year as we are an early start. Kit, only my third batch but I can see where this is heading. Steeped grains and also mixed brown sugar, molasses and liquorice extract. All grain will be next experiment

For anyone interested (anyone?) The Irish stout went in well, perhaps pitched the yeast a little too hot but will be ok. Smelt amazing so am assuming in a couple of months it will be, like the mighty demons, unbeatable.
