  1. Anyone feeling negative read the Post game thread vs Hawthorn after the Home and Away draw in 2021 Negativity everywhere and we know how that ended some 7 to 8 weeks later
  2. Why would we revert back to this when JVR who has performed the role since coming in is also playing
  3. I first seen Koltyn play for Subiaco’s development squad as a 15 year old who was absolutely rag dolling defenders and he pretty much did that through junior and colts footy. You are correct that state 18s ( on mail heard) see him as a 3rd tall and if he can build the tank, could play as a mid. I didn’t see the Subiaco vs Perth senior’s last week so can’t really comment and would be surprised if he got a big run through the middle but I suspect WA 18s like with Ginbey last year May give him a run through there and see how he goes
  4. Nev is from Carey Park in Bunbury, not exactly outback, but I do agree he is someone’s who will consider Kozzie’s best interests in any advice given. I was sitting near Byron at Optus on Sunday, good to see him looking happy and healthy and supporting both his nephew and the Dees
  5. Loved what I seen of Watson in the 18s championships last season
  6. Curtin will go top 10, but he’s a better defender than forward, although could also become a good KPF, hasn’t had a lot of exposure there at elite level Young Sammy Van Rooyen is improving quickly with his leading patterns, attack on the aerial contest and efforts at ground level. I can see him shooting up the draft boards just like JVR. Luka Kentfield won’t go high but good development there and Coen Livingston as Ruck/fwd. Small forwards in the Kozzie mould are rare, Bobby Warrell similar size only came down to Perth from regional WA this season has some tricks. Malikai Champion is 24 draft has some xfactor and is I believe the son of Lewis Jetta. But early door’s someone will pop up through the year from WA
  7. Played forward, is a really good defender but also a good forward, he has so much versatility. Will miss this week as there’s an AIS camp I believe. Next round has 4 WAFL colts games back to back all at Joondalup, so no doubt plenty of recruiters will be there
  8. Was at the Claremont colts game, Curtin playing sore and kept the best defender busy, SVR missed a couple of set shots but presented all day and second efforts at ground level were good. Jett Sibosado (Freo Next Gen) plenty of tackles, pressure acts and smart ball use as medium forward, Bailey Banfield very Viney like around the stoppages, Austin Van Der Stuyf (one for 2024) really clean and smart with his disposal, Claremont just far to strong around the stoppages and those 3 tall forwards really hard match up for a lot of sides. Hiscock good tall defender for West Perth. Perth colts also good display against Subiaco Aidan O’Driscoll clean and damaging as usual, small forward Bobby Warrell caused headaches for Subiaco’s backline, Coen Livingston also important. Oscar Dees and Luka Kentfield Subiaco’s best
  9. 6.Grundy 5. Clarry 4. Viney 3.Rivers 2. Trac 1. Tmac
  10. Yes Lambie was manager, Chic Charnley and Gordon Rae were the elder statesmen in the side, with Declan Roche the big money signing from Celtic also there
  11. Ha ha nothing will replace them I played some reserve matches for the Jags in the early 90s, I don’t mind Freo fans, there’s a few feral ones but overall they’re made up of South and East Freo diehards who have some footy knowledge. They have been for the most part belted by the big brother and the media for the most part so I have no issue with them really
  12. I’m an Irish Catholic by birth and I hate West Coast more than I hate Glasgow Rangers. Supporters are absolute 1 eyed filth, who have been used to an armchair media ride and matters getting swept under the carpet since their inception. Any negative media is just thought to be the Victorian media making up stories
  13. As I have said on many Demonland topics Don’t feed the troll
  14. You actually would be more honest in declaring you HNFI. Seriously that is absolute drivel and laughable with regards to team structure, set up and instruction
  15. Speaking of JVR and family the youngest brother is only 14 and not much smaller than the two older siblings. He’s also potentially the best of the 3
  16. 6. Clarry 5. Grundy 4. Lever 3. Trac 2. Hunter 1. Langdon plenty more could have got votes JJ, Spargo, Chandler, Mcvee, Nibbler, Rivers all significant contributions
  17. Good start Gained the ascendancy in the centre Improved cohesion between Grundy and the mids Soaked up Sydney pressure Impressive counter attack rebound footy Dominated second half Really good coaching performance today Plenty of boxes ticked today Back it up next week
  18. You should just stay away from posting on the game day thread, it’s embarrassing
  19. Game day thread is typical embarrassment for plenty of posters. Jaded and Clint Bizkit in particular go back and read your posts and just maybe learn that this team and the coaching staff have some footy smarts and know what they are doing. Game is for 4 quarters with swings and roundabouts
  20. God no, full of it been caught out several times and yet Demonlanders still fall for it
  21. They do, but they put mayo on nothing stories to try and make them something they aren’t
  22. Does it surprise you
