  1. Misses a soda. fmd
  2. If we win this I will be thoroughly amazed.
  3. Mathews talking down Hogan at every opportunity. What a [censored].
  4. Calling it now . we'ee gonna get shafted by the umps today.
  5. I think you should sit out the next pass around of any spliff.
  6. Without varying opinions I would find this site very boring.
  7. Such a 50/50 game for mine. Jeffy will have is work cut out with Docherty who is in sublime form. I see this as the most important match up today because I reckon Garlett will need to put at least 3 goals on the scoreboard for us to be a chance. I think it was the Rd 2 game that Jeffy chased down Docherty in the F50 and kicked a snag with the resulting HTB decision - more of that please. Gibbs also concerns me. Accumulates ball, uses it well and hits the scoreboard... Need a tag on Gibbs but not sure who gets that job.
  8. #freetrengove
  9. Being that man down is really going to hurt them in this second half. lol
  10. I've been texting all of my Richmond mates. He's not responded yet.
  11. We could well be out of the 8 tomorrow if we don't beat Carlton. Incentive enough?
  12. How can Grimes still be On the ground? The bloke was all over the place and clearly concussed.
  13. In an otherwise bleak (understatement of the year I know) season that 2013 was, Rodan's involvement in the 'Harlem Shake' was pretty good.
  14. Imagine if JJ had been knocked out? This thread would've started last night.
  15. Tex meant to push him with the clear hazards of immovable goal posts directly in his sight and the bump lined him up with those hazards perfectly. Once again, this will become an 'outcome based assessment' and due to that fact he'll probabalh get off with a fine. The potential though....
  16. If I was in Frosts boots and was clearly aware of the talk around Lever, I would also put contract talks on hold. Im sure his manager would be talking with other managers and the delay has sound logic behind it.
  17. You should drink some of your own bath water with regards to that last paragraph. Most of the People who would like Jack to get a game are not outright advocating it. Much of the debate has been surrounded by the information we know but it stops at "Jack is on the cusp of selection" and "he's working on a few things, he knows what he has to do." The absolute fact that he's been listed as an emergency a couple of times suggests that he's getting close to whatever Goodwin is talking about. He's been moved around the ground - most likely in part to add the extra elements to his game. I hope it results in a senior appearance before seasons end because it would be nice end to his time at the club. I get that the game style is making it difficult for a player of his make-up to break into the 22 but again, he's listed as an emergency so anything is posssible with a little more effort.
  18. I guess the question now becomes whether he's good enough to be picked up by another club at seasons end. He's an FA so that will help his cause to an extent.
  19. Would rival Brayshaw for the biggest head at the club if he joined us.
  20. He'll be cherry ripe for the finals. All good.
  21. As usual you're comparing apples with oranges.
  22. Twaddle? Is that how you comprehend it? If so, I'm wasting my time.
  23. No they didn't. But if players on the list (like 4 of them at a single time) are going to continue to f'up like this then surely you must understand that it'll add considerabley to the club continuing to underachieve.
  24. I find it quite astonishing that you defend this quartet of players given the circumstances of the injury list and available spots in the 22 that are there for the taking. I guess those spots are for the players on the list that are totally invested in the club, have bought into the 'journey' that Goodwin speaks of so regularly, are driving the right behaviours to produce a strong culture at the club which will set is up for a sustained period of success. FMD, Saty. I don't care if we're not in a position to know what actually went on - I couldn't give a stuff! And it's great the club has handled it - I mean as if they didn't have better things to do like pick the best 22 players available to hopefully pull off a remarkable victory against the Swans considering we'd played 4 games in 18 days! You need to look at the bigger picture here. You commit a lot of your time to the club in volunteer hours and we all invest time, money and emotions into the club hoping that one day soon we'll win a flag. To achieve this, these "young blokes in their 20's" sign a contract and enter into an environment that gives them every chance to succeed at there profession but ultimately it's too easy to go a drink beers against club/team rules. Pretty simple really. How you can't be disappointed is beyond me.
  25. At least he had cause to celebrate. The rest of 'em though...
