  1. Nice of the players to put in an effort for Jones. Disgusting. Loose. Lazy. Unaccountable. Sick of this team and this club.
  2. I'm positive. I'm positive that we are the weakest bunch of lazy unaccountable players. I haven't seen a group of players put in less effort since... Well since Melbourne was coached my Mark Neeld.
  3. You'll look lovely in purple Hogan. And with so much time on your hands in the forward line today you can sign the contract now.
  4. Jones injured. FML We can't get our hands on the ball in the centre Why am I [censored] watching this and getting angry?! Get a life!
  5. Why did we even bother with Spencer today? We have no run, getting smacked in the ruck and the clearances. We would have been better off with more legs through the middle. And Grimes is sub is just dumb. The coaching perplexes me.
  6. What free kicks are these fuckwits paying?! Seriously. Sickening.
  7. And it's a training drill. Another weekend ruined and just before my birthday. Thanks as usual Melbourne.
  8. [censored] you umps and [censored] you Melbourne for those kicks inside 50!!!
  9. Come on, if you don't expect bias umpiring here when can you expect it? Doesn't help that we can't kick
  10. I like that despite being signed for 2 more years accordingly to the commentators Melbourne hasn't signed Hogan yet Our delivery inside 50 is rubbish
  11. I just hope that we at least put in some effort, because I really don't want to see a 100+ loss that will put a veil of negativity on my weekend. Again.
  12. I'm really not sure what the point of this thread is. Find me one poster on here who said Roos isnt miles ahead of Neeld? Neeld was an unmitigated disaster that nearly ruined our club. To say Roos is better than him is like saying your 1972 Hyundai is worse than your 2015 BMW.
  13. They are obviously working with JHK on specific things and want him to keep learning We are going to get smashed and this could well be Bail's last game. I am hardly bothered.
  14. Laugh. Cry. Have the best pre-birthday weekend ever. Spend my long weekend watching the replay 8 times.
  15. Wow surprise indeed. Given my love for all things Tom McDonald, I am quite happy with this. Are they just trying to generate interest in the game? Petracca to make a surprise debut in Round 23 to get more than 18 people to the game?
  16. Even if he wasn't blaming us directly, which in his quote it seems he kind of was, but nevermind. It is a disgrace for the club to come out and have a go at the longest suffering most loyal supporters in the competition for being negative. Get stuffed, I pay $400 a year, and go every week to watch us play like a bunch of turds. If I want to be negative, it is my damn right and I will continue to be negative until this team can provide a semi-sustained period of mild success. I'm not even asking for a flag, hell I'm not even asking for finals. I'm asking the team to come out every week and put in effort from minute 1 to minute 120. That is doesn't happen, is 100% the fault of the players and coaches. It has nothing to do with the fans. To come out and use us as scapegoats to cover for a public slip of the tongue is a dumb move. Now watch them email me next month to pay up for 2016. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you poverty-stricken arse!
  17. Privately. Not publicly. I don't like seeing players disagreeing on the field. It shows a lack of unity and it tells your opponent that we are a mess and don't play as a team. Ripe for the picking.
  18. I still have no [censored] idea how any of this impacts the players abilities to compete.
  19. Or a premiership depends on which day you visit Demonland.
  20. If our feelings as supporters rubbed off on players, our players would have beaten goddamn North Melbourne by now, and flattened Brent Harvey in the process. How we feel and think as a supporter group should have nothing to do with player performance. We turn up every week and we cheer as loud as anyone when we win. We also express our displeasure when we lose, but compared to other supporters, we are mild. I don't see our supporters spitting and giving our players the fingers when they lose. We also rarely boo the team, and boy do they deserve to be booed from time to time for their disgusting lack of effort. I wonder how our players would feel if they played for Richmond or Collingwood and were on the type of losing streak we've been on. They wouldn't be able to walk down the street without being "veiled by negativity". I find the whole idea completely dumb, and I think Roos has run out of excuses, so he's using supporter mindset. He knows he can't blame the past anymore and that ultimately he is responsible. He is responsible for lifting moral and changing the negative mindset within the club. Then watch our quickly supporters change from negative to positive!
  21. But the negativity.... won't somebody please think of the negativity!
  22. He can be filthy but he needs to learn to reign that in on gameday. It's a bad look and it doesn't help anything. It just makes him look like a petulant child who won't share his toys. I get that playing with a bunch of morons who can't kick to a lead, and having your space taken by your own teammates is annoying. But you deal with it in team meetings and at the breaks. You don't throw a hissy fit on the field, it's completely unprofessional and achieves nothing. Yes Hogan is an amazing talent, but it is his first season. If I was Cross and he yelled at me, I'd tell him to go stick it.
