I really can't work out why ANB hasn't gotten a game yet but Michie for example has.

Wft can't we defend from our inside 50??? How the hell did we just let a goal through after we missed a behind?! FMD we don't learn do we?!

From what I can tell following the scores, our goal kicking accuracy has turned to [censored] and that's hurting us. They scored 2 goals we scored 3 behinds. What a difference.

I've been in Russia this week. It took me 6 hours to download the second half of the game against the GC. What a win! Putin seems to not care for Jesse Hogan, so can someone summarize for me what all the drama is about? Has he gone to Perth to "look at the facilities"?

No chance 3 changes after a big win. Salem is the only players who is arguably best 22 and didn't play. If he's fit I would say he might come in, but he isn't in hot form so no change would also make sense.

So I'm currently in the middle of the Baltic sea. It took me 45 minutes and $200 to find a viable internet connection, and all I can say is WTF?! 24 goals? Who are we? What has happened to Melbourne? No issue playing there. Big issue playing HOME games there. Unacceptable. Just like being one of the only Vic team to play Geelong once a year in Geelong is not acceptable.

Poor ANB deserves a game. Been smashing the door down and I like what he brings. As for Trenners, I don't think they'll bring him back first up for an interstate game with a long flight for recovery purposes.

Amen to that. We have a plethora of players knocking the door down in the VFL, but got too comfortable and didn't make any changes to help us maintain fresh legs, which is what I was banging on about pre game. We are carrying too many kids who aren't fit enough to run out games and we were coming off a short break and playing against a really fast team. My frustration is that I know we are capable of better, but I look at Richmond and I think they are easy beats and maybe this loss takes some gloss off the win.

Who is having a go?? I said his debut was underwhelming. He was poor with his ball use and his fitness was lacking. I expected the later but thought he'd be ok with ball use. As I already said I'm sure he'll be fine but compared to the debut games of Oliver, Brayshaw, Hogan and even Hunt/Wagner, I thought he looked overawed and a little behind pace. I would rather discuss this than for the thousand time discuss how slow and uncompetitive we were How precious are we that we can't discuss a first player's game with honesty?? He is of more interest to me than some NQR team fillers like Frost and Bugg to be honest.

Will Lumumba ever not be an automatic inclusion in this side?

I am not complaining and not writing him off. Just simply saying that it was an underwhelming debut. I'm sure he'll be a good player but I'm not sure that he deserved a game this week.

Side note: Petracca super underwhelming

Like a baby giraffe. And also not in a good way. Pedersen is that much more useful it's a joke. Can't play them both. Also Wagner, Hunt, Harmes, Bugg, Kennedy, Petracca... Way too many too inexperienced and/or NQRs in the one team for me. It's bad enough we need to put up with Roos' favourite Lumumba every week, and the yo-yoing performances of Tyson, McDonald, Salem and Kent.

ANB should come in next week regardless. Kid has been killing it for Casey but can't get a game. Also pleeeeaaaase can we drop Lumumba and bring in an actual defender? Garland, Grimes, it's time to shine!

Hogan sucks #idontwannatalkaboutit

We were only on top because we won every clearance. The likelihood of that happening for the next half is low.

We are complacent on and off the field this week. So risky playing Wagner Hunt and Harmes down back. No experience and running out of legs. I mean I know everyone on here hates them and they're unfashionable, but we have two seasoned defenders in the VFL in Garland and Grimes. At least they'll give a defensive contest and won't run out of steam at half time. Add to this Petracca who isn't even ready and was pushed ahead of guys like ANB who has been smashing the door down at Casey. I thought we were done with this [censored] development mode and that we are now trying to win games. I hope like hell that we start winning the clearances or we are truly [censored].

Dunn and McDonald need a kick up the arse, pathetic defensive effort. I mean we also went in with two kids and they're struggling down back with the pressure. Midfield is getting a smashing and as soon as Saints have the ball we are 10 meters behind. It is looking ominous. I can see us getting belted unless we start dominating the clearances again. Hogan is a bit alright tho.
