You need a game plan that suits the playing list. ATM the game plan doesn’t seem to suit the playing list. If Goody is to survive he needs to change and from what other posters have said he is stubborn, so I won’t hold my breath. Team selection this week will be interesting and give us a good indication where Goodys mindset is at.

PSD imo we need an experienced coach. We have had a fair go at a rookie coach and to date hasn’t worked. My top 2 hit list would be in order of importance 1. Clarko (prob wishful thinking) 2. Ross Lyon i would also have an assistant in Yze earmarked as a successor at some time in the future. If we continue this style with Goody I really hope the board show something and move him on at the end of the season. I know it will cost us but bloody hell if we go into next season with Goody as coach it will be horrific and we could sink even lower than in the good old Neeld days imo.

We had 72 turnovers for the game. That’s Auskick stuff Adelaide had 61 turnovers in their game. No wonder we can’t win.

I wasn’t even upset or angry at the result because the MFC has conditioned me into expecting the worst and they deliver on most occasions. We are so frustrating and yet again another season lost, another season missing the finals, another season watching another team win the premiership and watching more teams go past us. Also to top it off this season we are handing over what looks like pic 2 to north. It really is frustrating and annoying to see this happen to a club I love and the worst is the nightmare doesn’t seem to be ending Sad thing is I don’t know if it will ever change.

They said on fox that teams seemed to have worked out how to beat Richmond. That’s great to hear but I bet my left nut Goody will play our style whatever the hell that is and lose again just for something different.

Would be nice if we could play 4 quarters for once.

Thanks spirit. This says it all to me: I can’t understand the selection of this side at times. "Some of the players that are getting games in that team at this moment aren’t good enough for AFL footy." Goodwin continues to baffle everyone even educated former coaches.
