Injuries are path of the course and yes we have had our fair share but they are no excuse for players continually missing a handball target, kicking to the opposition, dropping a chest mark under no pressure, hand balling to a player who has 2 or 3 opposition players on his tail and playing on at all cost with nothing to go to. Thats just dumb football and we are head of the class in that department.

I know with our track record let’s play Max who imo isn’t 100% and let him get injured properly then we can get Preuss into the seniors. It would be the melb way.

Imo preseason surgeries are no excuse for pathetic skills. Agree with what you say too Lucifer.

Agree with TMac that simple dropped mark was unforgivable. In regards to Trac the pass was directed straight at his feet so can forgive him for fumbling it. The pass should have been straight at his chest yet due to lack of skills AGAIN it was a bad pass. The skill level of this team is appalling for professional footballers. It’s the worst in the afl. Auskick teams have better skills than us atm. If we can fix the skills and that’s a big if we would be a good team but we have been waiting a while for this to happen so don’t hold your breath.

Yep there were so many the main one that stood out was the Hannan one. Doesnt matter what the game plan is or what the coach does on game day if we can’t hit a [censored] target on the field. Skills is under 8’s stuff.

Hannans turnover in the centre in the 3rd qrt I think was a massive momentum killer. Dont think we really recovered from that point onwards. Again pathetic skills.

It’s been the same problem all season. Cant kick or handball and hit a target or we handball to a teammate who has 3 players on his hammer. It doesn’t matter who we have playing for us if we can’t improve our skills.

So Maxy is injured and gone down the race. I know let’s play Preuss in ruck for the rest of the game. Oh wait he is playing seconds. FMD.

Wow what a surprise no Preuss again. Cant see why we got him. Could be a powerful duo he and Gawn if given a bloody chance.

He would learn more if he was playing with said master.

Doesn’t surprise me at all. Still struggling to understand why we don’t try Preuss and Gawn as a tag team which seemed to work well against Sydney. Then Preuss got injured and has been banished to the seconds since. He is doing exactly what he was doing at North. Wouldn’t surprise me if he asks for a trade at the end of the season.

Hope he plays on the seniors to see what he can do otherwise it was pretty pointless picking him up.

A bit dumb it was stupid and did it right in front of the ump to top it off It was a 2 goal turn around. Jones is very lucky it wasn’t a turning point in the game and that we won. He needs to be better than that. By all means stick up for your teammates but not to the detriment of the team.

To use a basketball term he is a flopper of the highest order.

Ironic isn’t it Kent was injured more than he played for us and goes to the saints and plays every game or close to it. Typical.

Thanks lord for passing on the info. We can not catch a break. This season has been one of the most frustrating seasons I can remember and that’s saying something considering what we have been through.

There’s always something going on with our club and it’s bloody annoying. Can anything go right anything????????

Hell no. Lewis will retire at the end of the season and imo jones will be retired (respectfully). He needs to go back into the middle permanently and the club needs to recruit outside runners WHICH THE CLIB SHOULD HAVE DONE 3 SEASONS AGO FFS if the club did it 3 seasons ago we probably wouldn’t have this prob now. It’s ironic that since Gus has been moved he has lost form. This club does my head in with playing players out of position. Instead of thinking of getting rid of him get his brother to our club.

Ah the pure mention of the name Neeld and I want to run over my neighbours cat. That name makes my skin crawl. ?
