Todd would be a phenomenal coach for the club And i dont think we have had a problem with a having boys club; if you were to even look at the past 15 years we've only hired coaches from the Essendon Football Club. Since Jimmy has come back it has been a clear decision to make everyone around the club as Melbourne as possible. Todd has performed incredibly well whilst not having the coaching role in his sight. Straight talking, wont take mediocrity, and loves the players and club. He was instrumental in a Hathorn Flag And they loved him at the crows We could do ALOT worse

This news is only positive in my opinion. Regardless of wherever Mick ends up; i get to watch the Collingwood Football Club implode in on itself in its most promising era of recent History. In saying that, i dont think he'll end up at the Demons; a turn around from October at one club to another club already in Pre-Season is unhealthy to all concerned. We also cannot wait around a year for Mick Malthouse to come dance with us, we are the prettiest girl at the Blue Light so lets get the most Verile coach... i feel dirty

within the past 5 years, the MFC has had a bit of experience with coach selection. Appears to me as if they know what they did wrong last time, know what they'd like to correct this time, without the media sticking their nose in. It frustrates me recently how much the media and posters go straight to the negative just because we are in a transitional phase. It is very easy to condemn those that are perceived to be down. It's the safe bet to be critical at the moment. How about showing some guts and backing your club in to get it right.
