Good interview. Great attitude to the game and to life. Looking forward to seeing Fitzy further Improve in 2014, especially the kicking action. Been a real bright spot during a flat 2013. But really, those saying he has good disposal by foot need to start opening their eyes a little wider. Plenty of room for improvement. I'm a big fan on his outlook on life and footy, and can't wait to see him play in 2014.

As I said, I don't think he has major qualifications, but considerable experience. Sure, he's done a lot of work, I didn't dispute that. But I was referring to the previous poster's suggestion that Cross would come to us so as to learn under Misson, and when he finishes his studies may soon have higher qualifications.

If I was a Hawthorn supporter I'd be pretty happy winning 2 grand finals in a handful of years, not to mention the last 30 yrs of success. If winning flags means I don't get a great return for losing a great FA, then I'd be over the moon to win flags. As a Melbourne supporter experiencing the worst period in the club's history, I expect better compo for a FA than the premier.
