Another Step Closer to Hell
Sums up a lot: "You dream of Steven May and Jake Lever but then wake up to Oscar McDonald and Sam Frost, the later who is just not up to it."

Isn't GWS Kelly a RFA this year? Or has he re-signed? If, if by chance we play finals, I'd throw at least $1mill pa to him and use our first rounder on young, fast mid with good decision making. Apparently we can't trade our 2019 1st rounder anyway

Finish bottom eight and we can kiss any hope of being a destination club goodbye.

Fast and skilful players with endurance
Neither Frost nor Hunt have agility or vision, they are straight line quick but fumble easily and prone to long bomb the ball under panic. Frost particulary is frightening to watch with ball in hand. IMO both should be depth and rarely sighted beyond Casey. Having said that, Hunt is showing some promise as a born again forward. Once May, Lever, Hannan and the new and improved Jeffy (won't hold my breath) come back those two will hopefully be at Casey. I suspect they might be open for trade at end of year.

Changes vs Swans R4
But Paulo, it's compulsory for all Melbourne players to fly for the mark/spoil at the same time to ensure we have no crumbers and the ball is transitioned nicely for an opposition goal. ?

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Freo might say the same about Jesse and pick 6

Sam Weideman + contract
In spells, that's not such a bad idea

Bartel on Brisbane's defence (and Melbourne's)
And if we turn it over under pressure because we are so slow, then it's an outnumbered, out of position, overlap easy goal

Sam Weideman + contract
Spargo to ruck.

Bartel on Brisbane's defence (and Melbourne's)
One-on-one under the 666 rule makes zone defence look so last century
