  1. Kent Kingsley says hi !!!
  2. Saints now ahead. .... So pathetic.
  3. I've not watching (dont have Foxtel). Is there a radio commentary? Every time I get a live score Saints have got another goal. FFS!!!
  4. I'm glad there's a hyphen in the thread heading !!!
  5. Actually it was closer to 20 seconds ...
  6. Agreed. Other than - Point of order LH. The goal v Essendon wasn't after the siren. After he kicked the goal, there was a centre bounce and about another 60 seconds of the match. I was there. Couldn't actually watch him taking the kick, but have watched the replay dozens of times !!!!
  7. I am a pessimist/realist. I'd like to bet on Melbourne missing out on the 8 ... and hopefully losing that bet.
  8. Former callsigns 3XY (1935–1991) Former frequencies 693 kHz AM (1992–2006) 1420 kHz AM (1935–1978) 1422 kHz AM (1978–1991)
  9. Finey lost the plot somewhere along the way IMHO. I used to quite like him, but stopped listening to him a couple of years ago. He became way too belligerent, opiniated and aggressive/disrespectful to callers who dared to disagree with him. Have a bex and a lie down Finey, and enjoy spending more time with you family.
  10. Bomber Thompson ... James Hird ... no wonder everyone loves Essendon !!! hahahahahaha
  11. Yes, he'll make us pay ... part of his salary
  12. Classic Truth headine "Billy dies on the job".
  13. Bit of name dropping in this thread!! Healing Force released that absolute classic "Golden Miles". Mal Logan (keyboards) is a good mate of mine. (Also a long time Tigers' supporter: he's still in seventh heaven!!)
  14. You forgot to mention the need to improve foot skills and decision making.
  15. In October 1994, Beitzel was sentenced to 18 months jail, with a minimum of eight months to be served, after pleading guilty to obtaining financial advantage by deception over matters related to his work for a lottery organisation.[2] He served his sentence initially at Pentridge Prison and then at the open, minimum-security Morwell River Prison Farm. Beitzel strenuously denied that he had ever intentionally committed a crime.
  16. Last night's match was easily his best match for MFC.
  17. Agree with most posters. He has really underperformed. Hopefully he puts in a good one today.
  18. They do things differently there.... Also Alan Bates
  19. "The past is a foreign country". L.P. Hartley, The Go Between.
