  1. Have we been paid a HTB or a throw? Just weak kneed umpiring.
  2. Oliver, then Viney nearly decapitated, no free

At least there would be some winter sun in that miserable cold and misty land.
  4. Scott Thompson and JJ circumstances quite different as I recall. I don’t remember Scott being dropped or struggling when available to be selected.

Should have taken a TMc lesson in carnivorism. Did we actually dodge a bullet??

Basis skills are ridiculously poor, on both sides.

He did a pretty useful one (to us) September 2021 leading to Gus’ big goal - a shocker that I will never forget. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🏆🏆🏆🏆

18th would be way better: one can but hope

Do Visy still manufacture brown paper bags?
  10. Over the top hyperbole. Tragic is kids getting cancer, or young parents getting killed. Or living in Ukraine Yes, it seems unfair but life isn’t always fair. The selectors have their reasons and have undoubtedly told JJ what these were.

I was wondering, given this was a Norf home game, why they couldn’t wear their traditional jumper? There isn’t even a clash WTF?
  12. Great opportunity for Disco to stake his claim.

Just a little point of semantics - can one riot alone? Is there a critical number of participants to constitute a riot? 🙄🤔

Maybe they are distracted by that ridiculous music? I would be happy for the Lions to win but preferably without scoring any more goals.. Maybe a scoreless (from now on) grind.

Often these deep analytical articles are just too hard to understand, but this one is great and well explained.

Culture: The arts and other manifestations of human intellectual achievement regarded collectively. or cells, tissues, organs, or organisms grown for scientific purposes Clearly not the first definition: maybe the second is more appropriate?

Is there any more information re: 1/ Farris Wright’s injury and ETA 2/ Will Verrell pelvic fracture. How and when did it happen? Pelvis fractures usually require a huge force. I can only recall a couple of players who had this and played again. There was a high draft pick a decade or so ago ?Beau someone who had a car crash and eventually played and of course Majak’s big fall from which he recovered enough to play.

Maybe TV and Sportsbet prefer it that way. “Game day experience” is far more important than the game, apparently.
  19. Absolutely 100% NO EXCUSES this time
  20. Just looking, again, at the replay. NO WAY #41 McVee gets dropped as someone suggested. IF BBB has any back issues we would be insane to fly him to Perth and back. And Hibberd with an "Achilles issue" probably shouldn't be risked. So Kozzie in, and maybe a tall (Tomlinson or Disco - didn't see her he went at Casey) or even Scathe as the sub or Howes if he is really ready.

BUMP Are the doubters still doubters? Fabulous game Brodie, and just when we needed it, with Maxamillion out. And just to add a sweet touch of schadenfreude Collingwood are struggling to find any ruckman at present.
  23. Poor bugger can’t take a trick. Interesting seeing Petty doing goal kicking - maybe at least another week up forward / ruck.
  24. IF Sestan does show his true potential in a year or so he will surely be one of the steals of the century.
