If Mason is "spirited away out of the country" there will be more questions raised than answered 🤭 But, seriously, were he charged with anything now it would be a denial of natural justice. Unless some "secret deal" (and of course that would never happen in AFL) then MFC should names as at least an emergency and force their hand. Justice delayed is justice denied.
