Now if we got to within five goals of the Swans on Sunday then my view might change. however I think I have now come to the view that Neeld was an ordinary coach. Judd enabled Carlton to have the time to develop their own. The first two years he was at Carlton they won numerous games that they would not have won without him. I remember a game against us on a wet MCG I think it was 2011 where he won the game off his own boot in the last quarter. One of our major problems over the last few years has been the lack of Good senior players to show the kids the way. We need good senior midfielders now. Lets go get one

Redleg there is nothing new in the following however i feel complelled to make it again. I have always believe you play to win every game. When the season ends you start worrying about draft picks. Numerous teams have shown you can build your list without very earlier picks. The MFC during the period 2008 - 2011 tried to be too clever and we know where that ended. The AFL knows we are in poor straits both on and off the field. IMO the team is not capable of winning more than another two or three games at the max for the balance of this year. We need to remember so far we have beaten GWS and the Dogs who are of similar talent to ourselves. Baring a miracle I cannot see much improvement for the remainder of the year. I would love it to and the AFL reduce assistance. IMO the assistance will not alter between now and the end of the year. Reality will return next Sunday.
