These are tall forwards with ruck ability not the other way round. They also have three times the forward skill of either Jamar or Gawn. Sorry ten times the skill of Jamar and five times the skill of Gawn.

IMO they don't have two lumbers like Gawn and Jamar. However if ever Roos was thinking about it then it could be this weekend. I actually don't think there will be any changes unless injuries or suspensions force them. Pedersen has surprised me this year if only Watts put in his effort.

A Ruckman at full forward does not work anymore in todays game they are two slow unable to provide defensive pressure. Riley Still don't think he is up to it. I actually think Byrnes offers more than Mckenzie.

I agree you need both. However If I have to Choose between Watts ( lots of talent but no idea of the effort required ) and Bail ( Understands the effort needed but sometimes misses out on the skill required ) I am punting on Bail. One simple reason first you have to get the ball. If you cannot do that all the skill in the world achieves ZERO.

Riley could not get a regular game at Adelaide, I saw him at windy hill which was admittedly his first game after a bad injury but he looked like a VFL player to me. In his favor he has a red hot go which would put in front of Watts and Howe. Mckenzie we have seen lots of him. He is a good VFL player who struggles at senior level

Freo I think stuie. From memory In the last year before Lyon took over late in the year they had 28 players to choose from. I am sure all were elevated much earlier than that.

I understand your position Robbie I have similar feelings. RE the last line is it the chicken or the egg? I actually think he has been given a lot of time to come good, the vast majority of Dees supporters have been very patient with him. He is into his sixth year and has changed little since game one. My frustration and I suspect many others is because we know he has the skill set but just seems to have no idea how to apply himself on game day. I wish I had been blessed with half his skill level.

Just heard a few lines from a Roos interview today. Saying he surprised at the against directed at Watts to be dropped by the Media in general. Now I did not hear it all but it suggested to me he won't be dropped. Now did I hear it wrong or is Roos playing games with the media?
