For the sake of the email discussion you have to assume the Dees will be there or what is the purpose of the email? Well I guess you get a reserved seat at normal games. But when , how many are allowed in and how many games will it be? Lots of imponderables there. For me it is do I want to make a large donation to the club? They no doubt need it after the disasters of the last two weeks financially.

I received an email from the club today trying to up sell me to a higher membership for " when we return to the G" . I don't blame them for trying as there was the promise of a GF ticket involved. I wonder how many will jump at the chance with no guarantee that the GF will be at the G?

If you are over 50 you get the astra vaccine and for that you have to wait 3 months. Not because it is medical necessary but because the Government says so. The reason? the want as many as they can to have had the first one asap. I.e not issuing second shots so they have them for people to have first shot.

I don't know how good Buckley is as a coach but he seems to have got the best out his list. Sadly for him he has been robbed of good players by others in the FD over the last 3 years. Would you want the job at the Pies? They are giving away their first pick this year and have a list where a few players are paid well over the odds and then a lot who are average talents. It is going to take some time to rebuild their list when you have no money to recruit established players. What other reason would good established players want to go there they are not liable to play in a GF anytime soon.

My wife said to me yesterday as soon as we are allowed out lets do a road trip. I said where to? reply anywhere I am so tired of being stuck in a 5 - 10 km radius of home. We are fortunate we are retired and don't have the work problems that most have. I have always been a planner and not being able to plan is leaving me unhappy as well as all the other crap called staying alive.
